Abstract:Graduation project is a practical part significantly for undergraduate in college education. Considering the long teaching period in graduation project and the scattered teaching method, a strategy of whole-process management for graduation project is proposed and implemented in this paper based on the current analysis of the factors influencing the graduation project. In the whole-process management, the process of graduation project is divided into several key stages, and corresponding management strategies are adopted in each stage. Quality standards and specific requirements in each stage are specified. Checking the resulting effect of each stage is implemented to make each stage under control. Daily record system for graduation project is built, and a management method by cumulating the scores in each stage is implemented to give the final scores of the graduation project. The practical result proves that the whole-process management is a feasible strategy to improve the quality of graduation project.
