Abstract:Since professor Green· Couch had come up with the concept of "development anthropology" in his book "Development Anthropology",all kinds of discussion and debate about the concept of "development" never ceased.Applied anthropology which is based on the western hegemony has tried to gain the "New life" in the dilemma through "Development Anthropology".However,the empire misreading of concept of development;the forcible implantation of sole development pattern;the maxim of economic ration of development;the binary distinction between tradition and modernity are gradually keeping far away from "Local Philosophy" and cutting the "reciprocity" between academy and implement.This essay tries to pay much attention to the related topics about "Happiness Feelings" which is rarely discussed in "Development anthropology" and to make the concept of "development" of "Development Anthropology" gain the breakthrough and benefit from the "Happiness Feelings".Discussion and analysis about the concept of "development" of "Development Anthropology" is not for the wide agreement for the concept of "development",but for the varies possibility of reflecting and caring " other seeing".The mention of "Happiness Feelings" for "Development Anthropology" is not a unexpected move but a established fact.The pondering in this essay is to clear and demonstrate the function of "Happiness Feelings" to the concept of "development" of "Development Anthropology"
