Abstract:The necessity of the establishment of juvenile court manifested itself as following: it is the necessary requirement to conquer the inner drawbacks of the traditional juvenile justice mode, it is an important way to realize the balance of the legal responsibility system of the juvenile criminals, it is the effective and wise means to raise the international image of China, it can overcome the extreme flexibility of free appreciation of the relative bureaus, and it is an effective way to deal with the problems of the independent organizational structure of juvenile court rooms. There are actual feasibility to set up juvenile court now, We can follow a road of establishing first instance juvenile court on the popedom of prefecture-level city, establishing juvenile branch courts in the intermediate court,and the High Court and supreme court should mainly be in Charge of the reference function.
