Abstract:From the view of university trade union,this paper tries to explore the realistic significance of humanistic care during the period of social transition and its importance to university teachers' professional ethics construction.Concentrating on humanistic care and making theme construction activities the carrier,it suggests that exertion should be made to establish Ownership Home,Development Home,Healthy Home and Caring Home,and strengthen teachers Eight Senses: sense of identity,sense of belonging,sense of responsibility,sense of achievement,sense of joy,sense of happiness,sense of security and sense of warmth.Thus it is possible to promote the teachers' professional ethnic construction the core of which is to cherish posts and devote ourselves wholeheartedly to work,impart knowledge and educate people,and be a model of virtue for others.
