Abstract:Through document summary and logic inducement,this paper sets out to draw lessons from conflict theory in sociology and analyzes the relationship between leisure sports and modern society from modern productive and life styles acceptance of leisure sports.A conclusion can be reached that modern society needs leisure sports,and leisure sports promotes a harmonious society.This paper uses conflict theory to discuss the reasons why modern society needs leisure sports,the functions of leisure sports to construct a harmonious society and some problems which needs out attention during the development of leisure sports.In odder to let leisure sports play a more positive role in society.

The guaranteed Leisure time come from the social democracy progress and the development of productivity. In the new age, the leisure time has been guaranteed legally, but the quality of people's leisure activity need enriching and improving. The significant entertaining function of media could serve as the important tool to entertain the masses. But at present most media is not compatible with most people's leisure demand. The innovation should combine with reform of content and specialization of leisure media. The content industry is one of the most important part of contemporary creative ideas industry. Organizing a creative team, renovating concepts, and establishing an effective system, these are three approachs to the innovation of content industry.

Abstract:This article analyzes the process of architecture development from pre-industrial society to consumer society from the point of view of Roland Barthes’ mythology and Jean Baudrillard’theory of consumer society,generalizes contemporary architecture consumption into a mythological construction with four-level-hierarchy,proposes that in consumer society,popular culture endues buildings with diverse cultural meanings and attaches sign value,such as power,status,fame etc.to these meanings.The final target for architecture consumption is to realize sign value and to reflect the social relationship is different consumption activities.

Abstract:As a category of culture,contemporary mass media is deeply influencing our daily life.It plays an important role in forming ideology,social mobility,promoting consummation and constructing identity.Three sub-fields,i.e.,mainline culture,mass culture and elite culture,in the field of media culture,have been formed to set a contemporary structure of China's media culture.The public sphere of media as a field of public discourse also penetrates into the private field,and brings about a series of complicated issues of media ethics,and the de-political trend of pleasure has further expressed the feature of consumer culture,from which comes out the political indifference of the media audiences.When people rely more and more on media to realize self-identity and ethnic identity,the contradiction between multiplicity and identity has been more prominent.

Abstract:There exist many concealed problems behind the lively media criticism phenomenon in the current Chinese context.Therefore,we need to reflect on the media criticism to make clear direction on the media criticism theory and practice.Media criticism is like a scalpel,and its vital function is to rip the veil of media symbol producing,reveal the secrets behind the production of media symbol and expose the essence and root causes of the symbolic violence.Today,it is an urgent to reiterate the enlightenment mission on media criticism and the enlightenment task seems more difficult for the contemporary Chinese media criticism.Only by insisting on enlightenment position and criticism spirit can we get a sense of direction with theoretical efforts and criticism actions of our media criticism,deal with the real problems in the contemporary Chinese media field and bridge the fracture between theory and practice.

Abstract:With the growing development of the market economy and the widespread popularization of feminist cultural trends, the consumption pattern of “her economy” has set off a huge social upsurge in China. The media platform and consumption culture have gradually evolved into an important way for mainstream society to differentiate, symbolize and regulate gender roles. Based on the images displayed by female consumers on the domestic mass media platform, this paper discusses the changes in modern women's gender roles and the new dilemma of gender consciousness from the perspective of consumerism. First of all, this paper expounds the relationship between consumerism and gender culture from two aspects based on a large amount of literature: the symbol construction of “others” and the modernity gaze that is not divorced from male power, and uses the text analysis method to interpret the cultural characteristics of consumerism implied in female media images, reveals the deconstruction of the former gender gaze by the modern female image and the identity construction that has not completed the new modernity enlightenment; Secondly, taking the threshold space as the core concept, it shows how women struggle between the old and new gender norms from the perspectives of the possibility and constraint of female temperament and the autonomy and discipline of female body; Finally, it comes to the conclusion that in order to create a female media image that is really conducive to the construction of social gender, it is necessary to carry out reflective construction in women's own way based on women's own experience and understanding outside the male gaze perspective.

Abstract:This paper is written on the occasion when the “collective speech”and “collective silence” of “avant-garde criticism” come into being out of the commentaries on Jia Pingwa’s new work Shaanxi Opera. It discusses the reason why “avant-garde criticism” has changed from the new and sharp criticism in the late 1980’s into the present cultural sketches at the transitional period to the “age of consumption.” The author believes that “avant-garde criticism” has abandoned the criticalness of literary criticism in its identification with the reality of consumer society. It should set right its values, perspectives and distance of criticism in order to reconstruct its critical position and restore its criticalness.

Abstract:Compared with vigorous development of advertisement industry and basic theoretical research,contemporary China's advertisement criticism is lagging behind especially in its history and theoretical construction.On the one hand,advertisement criticism in the media tends to become harsh and un-academic.On the other hand,in the academic circles,there are different opinions of advertisement criticism in its object,method and criteria.And these are disadvantageous to both the research and development of advertisement.Based on the definition of the objects of advertisement criticism,the relation between advertisement criticism and the research on it,and the problems existing in contemporary China's advertisement criticism and their causes,this paper reflects deeply upon the practice of contemporary China's advertisement criticism,and advances a unique view on the correlation theories of advertisement criticism.

Abstract:Wang Ning holds that as a product of postmodern consumer society, consumer culture distinguishes itself apparently with the elitist modern culture. While some of its elegant products may well become elite cultural products, more will be out of fashion along with the elapse of time. Wang Yichuan insists that consumer culture in contemporary China does not simply follow what Featherstone called the thoroughfare of "commodity world and its structuralization," instead, due to the intricate functioning of its multiple elements, it represents a displaced and time twisted dilemma: a consumer spoiled hot body and a critically reflective mind. To Bao Yarning, however, the logic of consumerism not only becomes the logic of our social space operation, but also the cultural logic dominating the daily life. Finally, Lu Yang tries to illustrate that while the cultural Americanization grows to be the core issue each nation faces, it will be a too naive resolution to dismiss it as a damned consumerism purely stimulated by multiple images, or sound and furry exactly.

Abstract:Leisure culture is the sum of leisure activities and elements which enable people to return to human nature and state of being human. It embraces triple structures and three basic features. The main contents of leisure culture are proper leisure concepts, generally accepted leisure values, consciously followed lifestyles and government-oriented leisure trends. The value and significance of leisure culture for urban development lie not only in its influence on the physical forms, but also the spirits of a city. The core value is that it enables the improvement of the city image, and makes the city more habitable, innovative and lively, so that the quality of life is upgraded. If the economic value of leisure is to provide an exterior driving force and catalyst for urban development, then its cultural value is to provide the interior driving force and DNA for urban development.
