Abstract:At the process of risk evaluation,there are many risk degrees of affairs which are difficult to describe accurately in project logistics.Based on this,this article combines fuzzy evaluation method and risk factors evaluation method to sets up fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of project logistics risk evaluation,which concludes the risk happening probability of workflows of project logistics through evaluating the factors which are likely to result in the happening of project logistics risk,reflects the risk degree of factors,is in favor of evaluating the holistic risk and solves the problem of how to use mathematical method to analyze and process the fuzzy problems in risk evaluation to some extent.

Abstract:Supply chain risk management is a newly-emerged key subject of supply chain management area. Abstract:Based on discussion of the development course and the present situation of logistic industry, the concept of the logistics ecological environment will be put forward in the paper. As we know, all kinds of risk still exist in the every link of the logistics ecological environment system, any problem from any link will affect the security, accurate and timeliness of the whole logistics system. By the analysis of the sources of risk of the logistics ecological environment system, this paper will construct the evaluation index system of risk for the ecological environment of logistics, and divide the risk factors from the logistics system of the ecological environment into quantitative factors and fuzzy factors, according to this mentality, and go on to analyze and evaluate risk system of the logistics ecological environment by the method of the FAHP, and carry on comprehensive evaluation.

Abstract:Based on the empirical planning of logistics hubs of Quzhou city in Zhejiang province, a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for the planning of city logistics hubs is introduced. First an index system of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation for city logistics hubs is proposed to handle the membership of both quantitative and qualitative factors. Secondly a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is established, the key weight of index system is given by the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method and each index is evaluated by single factor evaluation. The results of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation show three alternatives for logistics hubs location in Quzhou city and then the practical function planning for each logistics hub is provided.

Abstract:The development of logistics finance business for agricultural products is the best way to realize the common interests of logistics enterprises,small and medium-sized agricultural product enterprises and financial institutions,which will contribute to the development of China’s new socialist rural economy and the construction of two-oriented society. As the agricultural products have some special attributes,it’s easy to create the risk in carrying out the logistics finance business. The paper constructs a risk evaluation indicator system for logistics finance of agricultural product,and uses the Fuzzy-AHP model to evaluate. The results show that the comprehensive risk level is normal risk,which shows that third-party logistics enterprises can carry out the logistics financial business of agricultural products,but the risks from logistics enterprises and agricultural collateral need to be prevented.

Abstract:Customer service level is crucial to the survival and development of the logistics enterprises.Enterprises which want to have sustained and stable development in the fierce competition must improve their customer service level.This paper use AHP-Fuzzy method to evaluate the performance of logistics customer service.Use linear interpolation undetermined coefficient and expert analysis to determine the membership matrix of quantitative and qualitative indicators respectively.This method has good flexibility and adaptability through concrete examples and can provide scientific basis for performance evaluation,thereby increasing enterprise efficiency.

Abstract:Electricity power enterprises operation and maintenance outsourcing is a new business management model,its main purpose is to outsource the plant operation and maintenance to professional operators so as to reduce electricity costs and maximize the business profit,at the same time the power enterprises can focus on their core business,enhance the competitiveness.But while it creates high-yield production,it is inevitably very risky,and the study of electric power enterprise operation outsourcing risk is still blank in China.Based on this situation,try to analysis and evaluation it by using the F-AHP evaluation method.Firstly,The concept and model characteristics of the electric power enterprises Operation Outsourcing were analyzed comprehensively,and a set of assessment indexes of electric power enterprises Operation Outsourcing risk was established,including 10 first level indicators and 37 second level indicators;according to the hierarchy and ambiguity of the electric power enterprises Operation Outsourcing Risk,the method combined with AHP and Fuzzy was proposed:the weight of each indicator to its upper factor was determined based on AHP,then evaluation model was built with the use of fuzzy mathematical theory.Finally,the final adoption of numerical example demonstrated the effectiveness and feasibility of the evaluation system.

Abstract:Risk evaluation and early warning for hazardous material transportation are important means in decreasing risk and accident probability.In this paper,three factors such as the unsafe behaviors of people,the unsafe statuses of hazardous materials and their loading equipment,the frangibility and the unsafe conditions of environment are discussed.The index system and fuzzy comprehensive assessment model of the risk assessment and early warning are established based on analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.In order to fulfill early warning according to different risk ranks,each risk state has been analyzed through a 3-dimension frame model.The sample study shows that various factors,which is related to hazardous materials transportation,have been contained and described in this index system,and security state of the transporting enterprise has been evaluated objectively and truly by this assessment model.

The contractor of international projects must press forward in face of risks in order to seek development on the international market of keen competition. To use, avoid, guard and transform risks, this paper determines the index system and the index weight of risk by applying Delphi method and AHP method. Abstract:This paper takes Quality Function Deployment (QFD) as the theoretical basis of risk control and, with the Correlation matrix of HOQ, customer requirement risks are transformed into service elements. Combined with the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process, we find that the risks produced in staff professionalism and information systems need to be controlled the most.
