Patent Strategies of American and Japanese Enterprises and Their Inspiration to China's Enterprises

Abstract:American and Japanese enterprises have considerable experience in the operation of patent strategy.In the practice of their patent strategies,they are fully safeguarded by national policies.The US has connected its patents and intellectual property with foreign trade in order to control other countries' markets and keep its superiority in technological monopoly by adapting a series of policies and regulations.In Japan,the practice of patent strategies is legally safeguarded by patent legislation.At enterprises level,the two countries have rich experience from which China's enterprises may learn or borrow.
