Abstract:Dominant conformation of patent in 21 century is the protectiongod knowledge economy,and one of the main reasons for emergence of many biological and medicinal high-tech companies and rapid development of corresponding biological and medicinal industries. The most serious impact caused by China’s entrance of WTO may come from property right,which takes patent as its main content. The patent strategy is one of the key development strategies for the medium and small biological and medicinal high-tech companies. From the viewpoint of a worker in the field of biological technology,the author has discussed the formulation of patent strategy for the medium and small companies of biological and medicinal high technology.
