Problems and Countermeasures of China Industrial Clusters

Abstract:Industrial cluster is a form of productive area and it is the cross research domain of enterprises' management and regional economy. The paper based on the developing status quo of enterprises' industrial clusters, according to the industrial cluster theory, analyzed the patterns and characteristics of industrial clusters. By the survey of major provinces and regions of China, the paper comprehensively analyzed the development trend, characteristics and problems of industrial clusters, and proposed developmental measures and countermeasures, such as incorporated them in the planning and management scope of government; supported fund and infrastructure; optimized government's service; regulated market order and strengthened public opinion and propaganda.
