Practice and Material Production——On the Essence of Marxist New World Outlook

Abstract:Professor Yao Shunliang thinks that the essence of Marx's new materialist philosophy has cer- tainly been shown in Theses On Feuerbach,the main concept of which is practice,all succeeding contexts are only unfolding of above thought;Professor Zhang Yibing thinks that the concept of practice in Theses On Feuerbach is only the symbol of beginning of Marx's new materialism,it's concept of material produc- tion that disclose the deep content of historical materialism in a broad sense of“Science of history”;Profes- sor Tang Zhengdong tries to figure out that the concept of material production in German Ideology only means the construction of basic contents of Marx's historical materialism,it doesn't mean the complete realization of his new materialism.Only during the studies of political economy in his middle and later sta- ges which is based on the angle of critique of capitalism that Karl Marx deepens his understanding of inner contradiction of private ownership society and also finishes his full interpretation of human history by the method of historical materialism.
