Simultaneous Determination of Trigonelline, Dictamnine and Choline in Root of Dictamnus Dasycarpus Turcz by High Performance Capillary Electrophoresis

Abstract:Capillary electrophoresis was applied to the simultaneous determination of trigonelline,dictamnine and choline in the root of dictamnus dasycarpus turcz.3 analytes were well separated within 5 min with a voltage of 24 kV in a 5 mmol/L borate buffer(pH=8.4) with 3 mmol/L SDS and 0.1% triton X-100.The detection was carried out at 230 nm.The linearity ranged from 5~100 μg/mL for trigonelline,5~75 μg/mL for dictamnine and 50~300 μg/mL for choline.The detection limit of 3 components was 1.4(trigonelline)、1.4(dictamnine) and 16 μg/mL(choline),respectively.The recoveries of 3 active ingredients were between 92.0%～101.0%.
