An Analysis on Alleviating Staff's Work Stress by Harmonious Corporate Culture

Abstract:As the development of society and the aggravation of competition,work stress of staff has become an increasingly severe problem.Enterprises are bound to undertake the social accountability,which is to make their own employees work and live healthily and happily.Based on the era background of setting up a harmonious society and the management conception of peopleoriented,this paper refined 15 evaluation dimensions of harmonious corporate culture by the theoretic and empirical study.According to the theory on the sources and responses of work stress,this study found out the path chart which displayed that harmonious corporate culture is beneficial for alleviating staff's work stress.Meanwhile,it demonstrated how to eliminate 5 primary stressors by creating harmonious corporate culture from the level of managerial practice,thus to achieve the aim on alleviating the work stress eventually.
