Abstract:In this paper, we study Triebel-Lizorkin space estimates for an oscillating multiplier m Ω, α,β . This operator was initially studied by Wainger and by Fefferman-Stein in the Lebesgue spaces. We obtain the boundedness results on the Triebel-Lizorkin space Ḟ p α,q (ℝ n ) for different p, q .

Abstract:In this article, we study an oscillating multiplier operator T_α ,β , 0<α <1 , on an n -dimensional (n≥ 2) compact connected manifold ( 𝕄,g) without boundary. We prove that T_α ,β is bounded on Hardy spaces H^p( 𝕄) , 0<p<∞ , if and only if | 1/2-1/p| ≤β/(nα ) . We also obtain that T_α ,β is bounded on L^1( 𝕄) if and only if β >(n α )/2 . These results are analogues of some well-known theorems on ℝ^n by Wainger, Fefferman-Stein, Sjölin and Miyachi. Our results also extend previous theorems on compact Lie groups.

Abstract:Let 0 < p ≤ 1 < q < ∞, and ω1, ω2 ∈ A1 (Muckenhoupt-class). We study an oscillating multiplier operator Tγ,β and obtain that it is bounded on the homogeneous weighted Herz-type Hardy spaces when . Also, for the unweighted case, we obtain the boundedness of Tγ,β under certain conditions on γ. These results are substantial improvements and extensions of the main results in the papers by Li and Lu and by Cao and Sun. As an application, we prove the boundedness of the spherical average S uniformly on t > 0.

Abstract:In this paper, we construct a class of special Jacobi cocycles, some element of which is a measurable function defined on the high dimensional torus. We prove that no matter the underlying dynamics is the shift or the skew-shift, the non-perturbative positive Lyapunov exponent holds for any irrational frequency, when the coupling number is large. What's more, if the frequency becomes to be the Diophantine number, then the Lyapunov exponent is weak continuity in the energy.

Abstract:The boundedness on Triebel-Lizorkin spaces of oscillatory singular integral operator T in the form e i|x| aΩ(x)|x|−n is studied, where a∈)R, a≠0,1 and Ω≠L 1(Sn−1) is homogeneous of degree zero and satisfies certain cancellation condition. When kernel Ω(x′≠)Llog+ L(Sn−1), the $\dot F_p^{\alpha ,q} (R^n )$ boundedness of the above operator is obtained. Meanwhile, when Ω(x) satisfies L 1-Dini condition, the above operator T is bounded on $\dot F_1^{0,1} (R^n )$.

Abstract:In this paper we consider a generalized version of bounded oscillation operators, involving new parameters in the definition, as well as considering the operators on vector-valued function spaces. With this definition we will capture some more operators to the class of Bounded oscillation operators. We prove sparse domination and exponential decay estimates, with various applications in harmonic analysis operators. We provide a new simplified approach, separating certain set theoretic proposition, which become a basic tool in the proofs of the main results. For a "narrowed" class of bounded oscillation operators we also obtain new type of sparse estimation, involving mean oscillation instead of integral averages in the definition of sparse operators. Among with new corollaries we recover also series of results obtained in recent years. In particular, we prove the boundedness of maximally modulated Calderón-Zygmund operators on spaces BMO.

Abstract:By using new estimate methods, together' with the multiplier approach, the trace theorem, the Poincare inequality, etc., we obtain energy decay rates for wave equations with Wentzell boundary conditions and boundary dampings, which depend on the regularities of initial data. The difficulty for stability of the Wentzell problems is caused by the second-order differential operators on boundaries. For dealing with the uncontrollable boundary terms, we construct an auxiliary system and transfer them into some controllable high-order energy terms. The idea here for handling this type of boundary problems is new and the derived results in this paper present an answer to the open problem [3] in a special case.
