Abstract:In order to meet the need of cultivation of germchits,the tender stems with buds of Phlox drummondii var nana are used as materials to make the research on bud growth and differentiation,rooting of adventitious buds,rooting and transplanting of tube seedlings,finally,the rapid propagation techniques of Phlox drummondii var nana is established.The results show that 1/3MS-1/2 MS+IBA 0.1 mg·L -1 +IAA0.2mg·L -1 is the optimum medium for buds growth,and the optimum medium for buds differentiation is MS+AgNO31.0mg·L -1 +6-BA 0.8mg·L -1 +NAA 0.1 mg·L -1 .After treatment with IAA (concentration of 20mg·L -1 ) for 5 minutes,the adventitious buds are easily induced rooting in the medium of White+IAA0.4mg·L -1 ,and the tube seedlings are easy to survive after transplanting.And the colonization of plantlets grow vigorously and roots doubled,the average flowering period postpones 7 days,and plantlet withered period postpones about 10 days at late fall or early winter.
