Abstract:Science and engineering courses are very important for students to improve their working thinking and to engage in professional research in the future. However, the reasons for the difficulty of formulas and the disconnection of practical theories often lead to poor learning effects. With the continuous development of multimedia and digital information technology, blended teaching has emerged combining the advantages of online courses and offline classrooms, which has strongly promoted new progress in science and engineering courses. In contrast, the existing literature lacks a model that can quantify the evaluation of students’ learning effects, and lacks strong data analysis as a support. This article will take a typical science and engineering course "Signal and System" as an example, and put forward a new hybrid teaching concept of "Postioning as the Core, Designing as the Soul". In order to effectively illustrate the reliability of the concept, the following test experiments will be designed: On the one hand, the amount of barrage during online learning is used as the research object, and a measurement model of student participation in the classroom is designed, and the effect of teaching implementation can be reasonably evaluated through the calculation results. On the other hand, taking the student performances collected by our group in two semesters as the research object, four sets of data are obtained through statistical calculations to scientifically analyze the feasibility of the blended teaching concept model proposed in this article. In summary, the quantitative analysis of educational effects is realized by designing the evaluation model of students’ learning effectiveness, and then the inevitable trend of the development of blended teaching is effectively displayed.
