The Vicissitudes of Reservoir Migration and the Evolution of Late-stage Support Policy

Abstract:In the past 60 years,the reservoir migration in our country have experienced several different set periods,such as land swaps,administrative compensation,developmental resettlement,to standardize according to law and so on.And there existed a lot of bequeathal problems.In order to help the reservoir migration get rid of poverty and become better off,our country implemented late-stage support policies toward those large and medium-sized reservoir migration who migrate to rural areas.This is on the basis of the conclusion of the reservoir area's maintenance fund,construction fund and late-stage support fund.What's more,it also regulated the support object,period,standard,method and the capital source.In allusion to the implementation difficulties of late-stage support,and in order to make full use of the expected effect of those policies,we should clarify the concept of support,improve legislative level,ameliorate the management mode,and proceed innovation in capital integration,project support and supervision mechanism.
