Study on Antioxidation Effect from Artabotrys Haimanensis R.E. Frie of Leaves

Abstract:The anti-oxidation extracts of artabotrys haimanensis R.E.frie of leaves by using the alcohol,ethyl acrylate,light petroleum,water.In the same condition,the anti-oxidation to hog fat was compared.POV was measured by iodimetry.The results showed that different dissolvent had anti-oxidation function to the extractions from the leaves,and the effect function was bigger with the more dissolvent adding to it.Among them,ethyl acrylate extract was the strongest one,then was the water,light petroleum,alcohol in order.
