Abstract:It are diligent and teachable characteristic in learning,the spirit of unremitting exploring,profound and sound theoretical quality,theoretical ambition of learning for people that all together stand for Hu Qiaomu’s typical air of doing scholarly research.Since leading cadres plays a crucial role in the process of building a learning party,in view of new historical conditions,Hu Qiaomu’s way of doing scholarly research(conscious,diligent and unremitting learning,learning from books,practices and the masses,and holding opinion of well remembering learning objective,grasping learning principle,and inspecting learning effect) has an important enlightenment to leading cadres of learning type.
