Abstract:In this article, based on Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional method and stochastic analysis theory, we obtain some new criteria ensuring mean square stability of trivial solution of a class of impulsive stochastic differential equations with delays. As an application, a class of stochastic impulsive neural network with delays has been discussed. One illustrative example has been provided to show the effectiveness of our results.

Abstract:The concept of Poisson almost periodicity is introduced. The existence and uniqueness of square-mean almost periodic solutions to some linear and semilinear stochastic differential equations with infinite dimensional Lévy noise are established provided the coefficients satisfy some suitable conditions. The global asymptotic stability of the unique square-mean almost periodic solution is discussed. To illustrate the theoretical results obtained in this paper, the stochastic heat equation perturbed by both Gaussian noise and Poisson jump dependent on spatial variables is considered.

Abstract:We study the following semilinear impulsive differential equation with delay: u′(t)+Au(t)=f(t,u(t),ut),t>0,t≠ti,u(s)=ϕ(s),s∈[−r,0],Δu(ti)=Ii(u(ti)),i=1,2,…,00 is a constant and ut(s)=u(t+s), s∈[−r,0]. Here, Δu(ti)=u(ti+)−u(ti−) constitutes an impulsive condition, which can be used to model more physical phenomena than the traditional initial value problems. We assume that f(t,u,w) is T-periodic in t and then prove with some compactness conditions that if solutions of the equation are ultimately bounded, then the differential equation has a T-periodic solution. The new results obtained here extend some results in this area for differential equations without impulsive conditions or without delays.

Abstract:In this paper, the existence and uniqueness, the exponential stability, and the almost sure exponential stability of mild solution for impulsive stochastic partial functional differential equations with finite delay are considered. Some sufficient conditions are established for our concerned problems, and some existing results are generalized and improved. Finally, an illustrative example is provided to show the feasibility and effectiveness of the obtained results.

Abstract:In this paper, we consider a Volterra model with mutual interference and Beddington-DeAngelis functional response. By applying the comparison theorem of the differential equation and constructing a suitable Lyapunov functional, sufficient conditions which guarantee the permanence and existence of a unique globally attractive positive almost periodic solution of the system are obtained.

Abstract:In order to unify the study of Besicovitch almost periodic solutions of continuous time and discrete-time stochastic differential equations, we first propose concepts of Besicovitch almost periodic stochastic processes in p -th mean and of Besicovitch almost periodic stochastic processes in distribution on time scales, and reveal the relationship between the two random processes. Then, taking a class of stochastic Clifford-valued neural networks with time-varying delays on time scales as an example of stochastic dynamic equations with delays, we establish the existence and stability of Besicovitch almost periodic solutions in distribution for this class of networks by using Banach's fixed point theorem, time scale calculus theory and inequality techniques.

Abstract:This paper studies a class of the fractional stochastic evolution equation with delay. With the aid of the compact semigroup theory and Schauder fixed point theorem, the existence of square-mean S-asymptotically periodic mild solutions is obtained under the situation that the nonlinear functions satisfy certain growth conditions. Moreover, by establishing a new Grönwall integral inequality corresponding to fractional differential equation with delay, the global asymptotic stability of the square-mean S-asymptotically periodic mild solutions are discussed. Finally, an example is given to illustrate our abstract results.

Stochastic theta methods for random periodic solution of stochastic differential equations under non-globally Lipschitz conditions

Abstract:This work focuses on the numerical approximations of random periodic solutions of stochastic differential equations (SDEs). Under non-globally Lipschitz conditions, we prove the existence and uniqueness of random periodic solutions for the considered equations and its numerical approximations generated by the stochastic theta (ST) methods with theta within (1/2,1]. It is shown that the random periodic solution of each ST method converges strongly in the mean square sense to that of SDEs for all step size. More precisely, the mean square convergence order is 1/2 for SDEs with multiplicative noise and 1 for SDEs with additive noise. Numerical results are finally reported to confirm these theoretical findings.

Abstract:In this paper, we investigate the existence and uniqueness of S-asymptotically ω-periodic solutions to fractional differential equations of order $q\in(0, 1)$ with finite delay in a Banach space X. Existence and uniqueness theorems, which are new even in the case of $X=\mathbf{R}^{n}$ or $A=0$ , are established. As examples of applications of our existence and uniqueness results, we obtain the S-asymptotically ω-periodic solutions for the fractional-order autonomous neural networks with delay.

Abstract:This work discusses the persistence of quasi-periodic solutions for delay differential equations. We prove that the perturbed system possesses a quasi-periodic solution under appropriate hypotheses if an unperturbed linear system has quasi-periodic solutions. We extend some well-known results on ordinary differential equations to delay differential equations.

Abstract:In this paper, we investigate a class of stochastic differential equations with fixed delays and obtain two conditions to guarantee that the zero solution is globally exponentially stable in mean square by using Gronwall inequality and matric theory, respectively. Abstract:In this paper, we study almost periodic solutions for semilinear stochastic differential equations driven by Levy noise with exponential dichotomy property. Under suitable conditions on the coefficients, we obtain the existence and uniqueness of bounded solutions. Furthermore, this unique bounded solution is almost periodic in distribution under slightly stronger conditions. We also give two examples to illustrate our results.

Abstract:The aim of this work is to show the numerical approximation of random periodic solutions for path‐dependent stochastic differential equations with a finite and an infinite delay, in which the drifts are only dissipative on average with respect to the time parameter. The key findings are as follows: (i) by using a combination of synchronous coupling approaches and continuous‐time Euler–Maruyama schemes, we study the existence and uniqueness of numerical random periodic solutions to path‐dependent stochastic differential equations on an infinite time horizon; (ii) by introducing a new technical method, we investigate the strong convergence in the mean‐square sense of a numerical approximation to path‐dependent stochastic differential equations in the case of an infinite time horizon; (iii) to the best of our knowledge, our result is the first one upon numerical approximations of random periodic solutions for path‐dependent stochastic differential equations (SDEs) with infinite delay. We expect that our approximated method can be extended to a more general structure.

Abstract:Using exponential martingale formula, Lyapunov functional and some special inequalities, a sufficient condition is obtained to ensure the stability of the strong solutions for stochastic functional differential equations with Markovian jumping parameters in Hilbert space. This result is an improvement and extension of existing results. An example is studied to illustrate the theory.

Abstract:In this paper, we study the pseudo almost periodic solutions for a class of nonlinear Duffing equations with -pseudo almost periodic coefficients and delays on time scales. For this purpose, we establish a result of the existence and uniqueness of pseudo almost periodic solution for an abstract linear equation with -almost periodic coefficients and -pseudo almost periodic forcing term. Meanwhile, to deal with the delay, we extend some concepts of functions from to , where is a time scale with translation set , and give some basic properties for these concepts. Then, applying these results, we obtain some results on the existence and uniqueness of pseudo almost periodic solutions for the Duffing equation. Moreover, some examples are given to illustrate our main results.

Abstract:In this paper, we investigate the existence of a periodic solution to the Cauchy problem for a class of impulsive differential equations with infinite delay in Banach spaces under general fading memory phase spaces satisfying a basic axiom. It is shown that the related Poincaré operator given by P(φ) = uT (φ) (i.e., T units along the unique solution u(φ) determined by the initial function φ ) is a condensing operator by virtue of the Kuratowski measure of non-compactness. Based on this result, we derive the existence of a periodic solution to the Cauchy problem with help of the boundedness of the solutions and three-set fixed point theorems. The main result in this paper extends the previous results for equations without impulsive conditions or in special Cg phase spaces. Finally, we give a remark on future developments of the related impulsive problems for fractional differential equations with infinite delay in Banach spaces.
