Abstract:In this paper,a new hybrid speed regulating method based on Fuzzy-PID was proposed.It can be used in the speed loop for speed and current closed loop control DC motor control system.When the error between reference speed and real speed is bigger than some threshold value,uses the fuzzy control.But when the error reduces to the threshold value below,changes the PID adjustment.The simulation research on the hybrid speed regulating system of DC motor was carried out.The simulation results show that the system based on this hybrid speed regulating has better dynamic and static performance than the system based on PID speed regulating.A speed control system of DJ23 DC motor used in DDSZ-1 electrical machinery and electrical technology test installation was introduced.The system based on this new hybrid speed regulating method has a control unit of the single-chip Atmega128,using PWMcontrol signal to control DC motor.The results of experiment show that the system is of better robustness and strong practicality and simple structure.

Abstract:A PID controller based on CMAC is applied to AC Speedregulation system of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM),which takes place of the controller of speed control of PMSM control system with double loop.The experiment results show the system used this method has quick respond,small overshoot and good robustness,and the system is superior to the traditional PI controller in dynamic and static performance.

Abstract:Hydraulic system is widely used in automatic control system of high-power and high-capacity,in traditional hydraulic system the motor can not control speed,in order to control systems' output,it can only use variable valve.The performance is limited.The direct drive system,which is composed of hydraulic pump driven by AC motor and executive elements,replaces the no-speed-control motor and variable valve with speed-control motor and constant rate valve.It can not only improve system performance,but also simplify architecture,improve reliability and economic.So this paper researches both permanent magnet synchronous motor AC servo system and induction motor AC servo system.In the first place this article introduces the development and the background ofAC servo system.Then points out AC motor's characteristics.In addition,detailed descrips the theory of vector control,coordinate transform,space vector pulse width modulation inverter and builds simulation model.At last,through simulation and experiment,the conclusion can be drawed that:synchronous motor is better than the PMSM induction motor in rapidity,pass band and so on.Synchronous motor based AC servo system is more suitable for the direct drive system.

Abstract:Motor systems represent significant energy power equipment for bolstering national economic development and defense construction,as well as the core infrastructure of equipment.In the context of China's " Global Manufacturing Power" strategy,improvements regarding motor system efficiency,reliability and adaptability are crucial to the promotion of core competitiveness in the equipment manufacturing industry.In response to the national strategy concerning high-end equipment,"973" program entitled " Baisc Research on Reliable Operation and Intelligent Control for High-Efficiency and High Performance Motor Systems",centered on three critical points:integrated motor system design methods and high-efficiency operation theories,characteristics and rules of faults and reliable operation mechanisms,and feature interaction mechanism and intelligence control under extreme conditions.The program has achieved various research outcomes of worldwide significance.This paper presents an analysis of this program with respect to its overview,symbolic advancements and practical benefits,in addition to a prospectus of the follow-up research.

Abstract:Speed control mode of a DC motor without knowing the specific parameters of the motor is discussed. The approximate mathematical model of the control system is obtained by the system identification when the output of the system is measured by loading the specific input signal. The PID control algorithm is adopted and the P, I, and D parameters are obtained by auto tuning. Hardware in the loop (HIL) experiments are carried out on MATLAB and Arduino platform, in which the experimental results demonstrate the feasibility of the proposal.

Abstract:The dynamic characteristic of intelligent AC contactor was simulated,then the effect on characteristic by intelligent control and optimization were analyzed.Based on multi-segment voltage control,coil voltage was adjusted by changing input to control PWM duty cycle.The static electromagnetic attraction was reckoned by ANSYS.The speed,acceleration and contact route in dynamic process was calculated by ADAMS.Compared with common contactor,the contact bounce and energy consumption of intelligent AC contactor were reduced distinctly.

Abstract:Based on ARMkernel microcontroller and IPM(Intelligent Power Module)and by use of SVPWM(Space voltage Vector Pulse Width Modulation)and vector control method,this paper introduces a variable frequency speed control system for the three-phase asynchronous motor.In view of energy loss of regenerative brake occurring during quick startup and brake of the general-purpose inverter and frequent normal and reverse speed control,we add a grid device for inversion feedback of the regenerative braking energy.Detailed software and hardware design is shown and implemented.The experiment result shows that the system has a high control precision and good real-time performance.It also allows that the inverter can operate in four quadrants,producing remarkable energy-saving effect.

Abstract:Aiming at SPWM on magnetic chain's track for machine tool spindle AC speed regulating system, a type of speed controller based on fuzzy tuning PID control is proposed and the method to construct the speed controller is given. Simulation results show that this controller has the ability of self-learning and anti-jamming of AC speed regulating system and improves the system's performances. The controller has a high value for practical application.

Abstract:The discrete control technology for AC machine drives is widely applied in the industrial field. This paper aims to excavate new approaches to enhance the discrete control system in AC motor drive systems from following aspects: matching design for discrete subsystems, synchronization in the signal processing and dealing with the restrictions in the voltage output. The proposed approaches are incorporated with three key techniques applied in high performance induction motor drive systems: DC pre-excitation, parameter identification and flux observer with a sensorless control to verify the feasibility. The anti-interference and synchronization procedure in the implementation are also proposed. The experimental results from the test on 55kW/400V and 160kW/400V ASD (Adjustable Speed Drives) systems validate the effectiveness of the proposed approaches.
