The eco-civilization dimensions about the evolution of the contemporary development concept

Abstract:Development is the eternal theme of human society.Because of the Cold War confrontation between East and West,the development confliction between North and South and a global ecological crisis since "World War II",we are promoted to review the traditional concept of development and explore a new one.With the in-depth understanding and consciousness of the concept of development,its study has deepened to the new stage of examining the deep and inherent logic relations between economic and social development and ecological environment factors from the dimensions of the world outlook and methodology.Looking at the evolution of the contemporary concept of development and its value orientation,we can easily find its distinctive characteristics of the eco-civilization.Our party has put forward the outlook of scientific development since the new century,and has opened the route of eco-civilization and harmonious development in the true sense.
