Studay on Dynamic Variation of Du Meridian and Ming Men Acupoint Thermal Feature of 192 HIV/AIDS Patients Applying Automatic Thermal Analysis (ATA) Technology

Abstract:Objective:To discuss the clinical significance through analysising the variation of Du Meridian and Ming Men thermal feature of HIV /AIDS patients.Methods:An comparison of thermal images by three time points of 192 HIV/AIDS patients applying ATA aims at assessing the variation among the there time points and discussing the clinical significance according to CD4 cell counts and symptoms' scores.Result:①There is a descending trend on Du Meridian and Ming Men thermal images from time point one to three,time point two significantly lower than point one;② The thermal images of AIDS Clinical stage significantly lower than HIV Positive Stage on Du Meridian and Ming Men,statistic analysis showed P 0.01 on Du Meridian and P 0.001 on Ming Men;③CD4 cell counts show a descending trend from time one to three,AIDS Clinical stage significantly lower than HIV Positive Stage,symptoms' scores increase slightly from time one to three.Conclusion: The thermal images of HIV /AIDS on Du Meridian and Ming Men gradually weaken with the decline of CD4 counts and the extension of the course of the disease,and Ming Men sensitive to this variation.
