Abstract:The rural land have the modern function in circumstance of marketing economy. Therefore,by means of land capitalization and adopting the land share-holding cooperative system,we can form the rational and healthy flow between rural land capital and urban financial capital,get through the passage between market of rural land and capital,efficiently use various capital of agriculture sector,maintain collective ownership of farmers' land,guarantee the legitimate right of farmers' land and promote the development of economy and society of the urban and rural integration.
