Experience Sharing of Paper Writing to Young Editors

Abstract:The authors present a solution to the problems and confusion that young editors frequently confront in their paper writing. We explore the successful cases of those young editors of Chinese Journal of Practical Internal Medicine, and find three key issues that lead to successful paper writing, which are integrating theory with practice, being eager to learn with discreet thinking and cooperating of the team members.
