Abstract:Compared with the traditional hydraulic regulating speed system,variable-frequency regulating speed technology,applied in hydraulic system,brings more advantages.A variable-frequency regulating hydraulic simulative system was designed based on Matlab/Simulink.The simulation emphasis focused on the vector control regulating speed system of asynchronous motor.Simulation curves show that using the closed-loop vector control method,the system has better dynamic performance.

Abstract:The logic relationship between [f (x) < 0] and [δ = 1] is deduced to supplement the logic rules in the mixed logical dynamical (MLD) system framework. Then, the models of a process control experiment consisting of piecewise linear functions are rewritten, in order to optimize the control parameter, which is originally determined by thousand times of simulations. Two simulations of the control experiment, a "slow switch" one and a "fast switch" one, are performed, and the transient state analysis are provided.

Based on a structure for systematic expression of the state of a multi-component process, a liquid storage district was firstly divided into assemble blocks for which rigorous models were built with principles. With the help of Simulink's graphical modeling interface and equation solver, a software package was developed for modeling and simulation of multi-component liquid storage district.

Abstract:A liquid level process control system is designed for the purpose of control algorithm research, including liquid level tank device, communication hardware and control software. By the combination of the different loops and valve position, the system is a multivariable, coupling, disturbance and multiple working condition controlled object. Communication hardware has the function of serial communication, signal A/D and D/A. Control software is programmed by VC++ , and control algorithm is an independent module, and revise and add of control algorithm is easy. The control system has high integration, perfect function and user-friendly interface. The experimental results show that the system is a perfect experiment platform for control algorithm validation.

Abstract:The semi-physical simulation is a hot spot and difficult point in the simulation field and very useful in studying the character-istic and control strategy of a system.In order to build a semi-physical simulation system with stronger real-time,according to the feature of inlet/exhaust pressure adjustment system in altitude test cell,the semi-physical simulation system is brought forward which is composed of host computer 、client computer and correlative hardware.The simulation program has been developed in host computer and software portion of client computer was based on PLC.The functions of model calculation,sampling data、communication of host computer with client computer,controlling system's parameters have been realized.The result of simulation experimentation indicates that the program of the host computer and client computer in the semi-physical simulation system perform very successfully on the view of real-time、precision、stability.

Abstract:Abstract In order to control the liquid level in the chemical production process, a PID control theory algorithm is proposed. Firstly, by constructing a double-capacity water tank liquid level control system, the mathematical model of the double-capacity water tank was deduced and constructed through many experiments. The simulation was carried out by Matlab Simulink software, and the dynamic and static characteristics of the double tank water level control system were analyzed based on the simulation results. The Labview software was used to write the algorithm of the double tank water level control system. The USB-6008 data acquisition card and the DAQ data acquisition assistant were used to complete the connection of the experimental hardware and software. The actual liquid level curve was obtained through experiments. The experimental results show that the designed system can keep the liquid level of the lower tank of the double tank level within the set value, and the floating does not exceed 5%, which achieves the predetermined steady state effect.

Abstract:Keeping the water level invariable is one of the most important control work.To solve this problem,the human machine interface was designed by the industry configuration software,and the mathematical model of filter pool water level and control channels based on mechanism analytical method was built,and the control process was simulated in configuration software based on the windows DDE communication interface between the model program and the configuaration software.The error differential was replaced by the differential of manipulated variables when the PID controller calculated the differentiate avoiding the output transitions caused by the change of setting values.The simulating results approach to the fact control process curve.Good control effect was obtained when the simulation date was used in practice.Comparing with traditional numerical simulation way,the user could acquire the real-time data of control system dynamic process and obtain control effect in the similitude of practice progress which could be used as a convenient and effective tool to train workers or students.

Abstract:According to the working principle of the concrete Pump oscillating system, by analyzing the kinematics and dynamics of the S -Tube distribution Valve, the simulation model of the oscillating system is established by using AMESim, and the simulation is carried out. The simulation result indicates that the pressure shock of the oscillating system occurs at the time when the direction of the switch valve is being changed, and at the time after the direction of the switch valve is changed. The pressure of the hydraulic pump is not a constant, it various with the oscillating load while the oscillating system changing its direction.

Abstract:Motion Process for Mechanical System is present visually based on simulink module in Matlab. The step response of spring oscillator damping vibration is used as the example in this paper. Different damping ratio ζ under the unit to the second-order system step response is used as the physical model. The trajectory of mechanical control systems is animated demo. The results show that the trajectory of the animated description has good consistency with the simulation results of simulink, and the actual trajectory. The design also has certain reference value for the simulation of other mechanical system.

Abstract:An X-aeroengine-fuel-controller was researched,by using the flux continuum equation and power balance equation,the mathematical model was built.The measure of linear little variable was adopted to establish the arithmetic model of its components and system combined with the calculation of static parameters,the dynamic characteristic simulated by utilizing the built mathematical model and based on SIMULINK.The results of simulation show that the built mathematical model has clearly physical meaning,and the steady precision and the dynamic response of the model are both good.But soft parameters need to be adjusted many times in order to compensate the error from linearization.

Abstract:The double-holding water tank system is a common non-linear control system that plays a crucial role in process control in the chemical industry. It consists of two cylindrical glass containers: the preset tank and the main tank. The main challenge in controlling this system is adjusting the main control valve to ensure that the actual liquid level of the main tank tracks the desired liquid level. This paper explores the zeroing dynamics (ZD) method and its application in tracking control. A non-linear model is developed for the double-holding water tank system, and the ZD method is used to design an effective controller (called the ZD controller) for tracking control. Additionally, the robustness of the double-holding water tank system in the presence of time-varying perturbations is investigated. In order to substantiate the effectiveness and robustness of the ZD controller, simulation experiments on four different tracking trajectories corresponding to four different practical situations, as well as an extra simulation experiment considering time-varying perturbations, are conducted. Furthermore, a comparative simulation experiment based on the backstepping method is conducted. The presented results successfully illustrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the ZD method for the tracking control of double-holding water tank systems.

Abstract:Firstly, the flat property of three-tank systems is verified and a feedforward controller is designed accordingly so as to track the ideal trajectories. Secondly, in order to eliminate the tracking errors introduced by model uncertainties or unknown disturbances, a nonlinear model predictive controller is designed in which a terminal equality constraint is added for ensuring asymptotic convergence. Finally, the control performance is confirmed by both simulation and experiment results.

Abstract:In water conservancy project, the proficient operation of the system by staff is required in order to decrease the accidental risk caused by erroneous decision, so high quality training, especially simulation training is necessary. This paper presents the structure of water conservancy project, and its mathematical model is constructed. Based on Visual Basic programming language, a simulation system of water conservancy project is developed. Modules of data dynamic display and transmission, file statements, and dynamic images are realized. The simulation result shows that all the problems are well solved.
