The Study Progress of Laparoscopy and Implantation Metastasis of Malignancy

Abstract:The laparoscopic operation is playing a more and more important role in the diagnose and treatment of gynaecology malignancy,but the reports about implantation metastasis in puncture site and dissemination of the cancer after this operation are also more and more,which limited its further application in malignant tumor operation.The main researches about the relationship between laparoscopic operation and metastasis lie in the influences about the nature of CO_2,pressure of aeroperitoneum and gas flow rate on the organism immune function,the structure and stress of peritoneum and so on.The aeroperitoneum from CO_2 is related closely to cancer metastasis and dissemination,but its mechanism needs further study.
