Abstract:In recent medical environment,the problem of medical risks caused by the strain of medical resources in obstetrics and neonatology in the third level hospital becomes more and more prominent.It's urgent to establish a complete system with tight connection and cooperation to prevent the medical risks and resolve problems caused by strains of medical resources.The paper analyzed the problems existed in recent hospital management and raised corresponding countermeasures to resolve the problems in the future.

Abstract:Objective To establish an indexing system and weight values for《The Performance Management and Appraisal System for Military Hospitals》, under the guidance of《The Detailed Standards and Regulations for the Appraisal of Level 3 Comprehen-sive Military Hospitals 》( Trial version) , combined with the authors'experience in clinical work and management practice.Methods A series of scientific evaluation indexes were established by taking into full account of the principles of equity as a whole and differences inherent in various departments, as well as the professional indexes extracted from the Junwei No.1 HIS system.Results A system consisting of seven evaluation indexes were established and weight values were entrusted in accordance with management experience. Conclusion The established evaluation indexing system and the weight values were comprehensive, practical, scientific and operable, and was worth further extension in the performance management of military hospitals.

Abstract:Objective Basing on functional requirements of military hospital apartment management and distribution system analyzing,to design an apartment management and distribution system for more accurate and efficient information management of hospital logistics,in order to reduce traditionally experience-based manual management and improve the unbalance between hardware and software development during the informationization process.Methods The system was designed using SQL database as backend system and PowerBuilder data application system as the front-end development tool.Results Using the system,the information of camp location,buildings,apartments and living situation could be tracked,queried,modified and deleted in real-time by the managers.Conclusions By using of the system,the management and allocation of apartments in the military hospital camp are improved effectively,which upgrad the management of hospital camp property.The system is easy to operate and should be used widely.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2011,32(3):38-40,42]

Abstract:Objective Based on the existing Junwei No.1 HIS system which has been widely applied in most military hospi-tals, a performance management evaluation system was thus developed, and data excavation and analysis were made accordingly. Methods The system adopted the BS+CS frame structure, the data layer was based on the platform of Oracle database, and the ap-plied service layer and the client program were developed with Visual Studio 2008.Results 《The Performance Management and Ap-praisal System for Military Hospitals》had certain capacity of data excavation and analysis, flexible generation of report forms and could provide data support for perfect decision-making.Conclusion 《The Performance Management and Appraisal System for Military Hospi-tals》 fully confirmed to the design requirements, could effectively improve the working efficiency and quality of performance appraisal, and could on the whole satisfy the demands of large hospitals.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of risk management in operating room of primary hospital to prevent risk in surgical nursing.Methods Nursing-related risk event in 1,124 cases of surgery from September 2012 to May 2013 (control group) was retrospectively analyzed to investigate risk factors and countermeasures.Risk management was applied for 1,182 cases of surgery from June 2013 to February 2014 (observation group) to prevent risk in surgical nursing.Incidence of risk event,satisfaction rate of surgeons and risk awareness of nurses were compared between two groups.Results Incidence of nursing-related risk event was 16.10％ in control group,and 5.16％ in observation group; satisfaction rate of surgeons on overall nursing quality was 65.6％ in control group,and 91.7％ in observation group.Before application of risk management,general awareness of risk factors in nurses scored (16.25 ± 1.04),awareness of risk management (15.50 ± 0.93),attitude toward risk management (15.25 ± 1.04) and behavioral intention of risk management (14.75 ± 1.28);after application of risk management,general awareness of risk factors scored (22.00 ± 2.07),awareness of risk management (19.63 ± 2.13),attitude toward risk management (21.37 ± 2.33) and behavioral intention of risk management (21.88 ± 2.30).Conclusion Implementation of risk management in primary hospital can reduce surgical risk and improve quality of surgical nursing. Abstract:Reasonable medical service in military hospitals is an important marker of medical assurance level in the army. However, the medical service in military hospitals has its own special features as compared with civilian hospitals. Problems should be paid close attention in military hospitals besides market competition. The authors believe that military hospitals should abide by the following principles to provide reasonable medical service: army-oriented principle, medical service quality-cored principle, patient-centered principle, the principle of coordinated development of medical insurance and medical service, strengthening economic management and cost accounting, controlling unreasonable increase in medical cost, appropriately creating income to compensate economic deficiency and adhering to high efficiency and low consumption.

Abstract:Objective This study tried to apply risk management theory to the practice of hospital emer-gency management, to explore and identify the medical risk or potential medical risk of the hospital operation, and take series of measures to implement the risk management in order to strengthen front-end management of hospital emergency management.Methods Data of hospital disaster vulnerability analysis, adverse event reporting infor-mation, patient satisfaction surveys and medical ethics complaints, medical disputes or accidents, hospital adminis-tration records, and the hospital safety inspection reports were analyzed.Results Through the risk identification and analysis,hospital emergency management ability was promoted, by finding out the hospital operating in reality and potential risk factors, and implementation of risk management.Conclusion The application of the risk man-agement theory could improve the ability of hospital emergency management.

Abstract:Objective To explore the pathway and effects of implementing standardized nursing management in military hospitals.Methods Investigation was carried out on the basis of authoritative standards, literatures and the existing nursing standards from September 2014. A number of 10 standardized nursing systems were developed and applied to clinic gradually with continuous evaluation and improvement in the whole hospital.Results After the implementation of standardized management, the quality scores of nursing service (95.14±2.55), nursing clinical practice ability (96.13±1.67) and satisfaction of patients (98.86±1.04) were significant higher than those before the implementation (t=-9.05, -11.27, -27.31;P<0.05). Identification rate of nurses were higher than 90%.Conclusions Implementation of standardized management in military hospitals helps to establish normalized management mechanism, improves the nursing quality and promotes effective and correct training of nurses.

Methods Questionnaire surveys were undertaken on the medical record administrators of 67 military hospitals, and then a statistical analysis was made of the results.
