Enlightens of Medical Risk Management in American and Hospital Build in China

Abstract:Medical risk management plays an important role in promoting medical quality and ensuring patient safety aspects. This article briefly introduces this system in five aspects, including specialized medical risk management department, perfect relevant laws and regulations on medical risk management, and national medical error reporting system, and analysis present situation and existing problems of medical risk management in our country, in order to explore some good points of standard medical risk management which we can buy in, for reduce medical errors and other adverse events occurring, avoid medical risk effectively, and build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
