Abstract:In this paper, the stability of stochastic delayed cellular neural networks are studied. Via the Lyapunov function method and some analysis techniques, we obtain some new criteria of exponential 1-stability and mean square exponential stability.

Abstract:The exponential stability of stochastic cellular neural networks with delay was investigated. For such neural networks, we establish two types of sufficient conditions for the exponential stability in the mean square and surely exponential stability. One type involves delay independent results while the other type involves delay dependent results.

Abstract:This paper investigates the exponential stability of a class of delayed cellular neural networks (DCNN's). By means of appropriately dividing the network state variables into several subgroups, the new sufficient exponential stability condition is derived by constructing Liapunov functional and using the method of the variation of constant. The condition suitable is associated with some initial values and is represented only by some blocks of the interconnection matrix. An example is discussed to illustrate the results.

Abstract:In this paper, the exponential stability problem of a class of stochastic interval delayed cellular neural networks is studied. Firstly, a kind of equivalent description of this stochastic interval delayed cellular neural networks is presented. Then by using the Ito formula, Razumikhin theorems, Lyapunov function and norm inequalities, several simple sufficient conditions are obtained which guarantee the exponential stability of the stochastic interval cellular neural networks. and some recent results reported in the literature are generalized.

Abstract:In this paper, the problems of global exponential stability and periodic solutions for a class of delayed cellular neural networks are analyzed via the method of constructing suitable Lyapunov functionals. Some simple sufficient conditions are given for global exponential stability and the existence of periodic solutions. These conditions can be used to design globally stable networks, and they are easy to check and apply in practice.

Abstract:In view of the character of saturation linearity of output functions of neurons of the cellular neural networks, the method decomposing the state space to sub-regions is adopted to study almost sure exponential stability on delayed cellular neural networks which are in the noised environment. When perturbed terms in the model of the neural network satisfy Lipschitz condition, some algebraic criteria are obtained. The results obtained in this paper show that if an equilibrium of the neural network is the interior point of a sub-region, and an appropriate matrix related to this equilibrium has some stable degree to stabilize the perturbation, then the equilibrium of the delayed cellular neural network can still remain the property of exponential stability. All results in the paper is only to compute eigenvalues of matrices.

The results are based on the Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional stability analysis for differential equations and the linear matrix inequality (LMI) optimization approach. Abstract:In this Letter, by utilizing Lyapunov functional method and Halanay inequalities, we analyze global exponential stability of nonautonomous cellular neural networks with delay. Several new sufficient conditions ensuring global exponential stability of the network are obtained. The results given here extend and improve the earlier publications. An example is given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the obtained results.

Abstract:A new sufficient condition for global exponential stability and lower bounds on the rate of exponential convergence of delayed cellular neural networks (DCNNs) is obtained by means of a method based on delay differential inequality. The method which does not make use of any Lyapunov functionals, is simple and effective for the stability analysis of neural networks with delay. Abstract:This paper is concerned with the problem of global robust exponential stability analysis for a class of interval cellular neural networks with time delay. By introducing a novel Lyapunov-Krasovslii function combined with the idea of delay fractioning, some delay-dependent conditions are derived in terms of the linear matrix inequality, which guarantee the considered interval delayed cellular neural networks to be globally exponentially stable. Moreover, the conservatism can be notably reduced as the fractioning becomes thinner. Some numerical examples are provided to demonstrate the advantages of the proposed results.

Abstract:A new sufficient conditions for the global exponential stability of the equilibrium point for delayed cellular neural networks (DCNNs) is presented. It is shown that the use of a more general type of Lyapunov-Krasovskii function enables the derivation of new results for an exponential stability of the equilibrium point for DCNNs. The results establish a relation between the delay time and the parameters of the network. The results are also compared with one of the most recent results derived in the literature.
