Technical and economical comparison of different natural gas filling stations

Abstract:This paper introduced the technologic process and equipments of the four gas filling stations: CNG(compressed natural gas) standard station,primary-secondary station,L-CNG(liquefied-compressed natural gas) filling station and LNG(liquefied natural gas) filling station.By comparing the construction cost and operation cost of every kind of gas filling station,an economic analysis among the four kinds of gas filling stations was made using the internal rate of return of incremental investment.It gave out the advantage and disadvantage of every kind of gas filling station comprehensivly from technique,equipment,economy and safety,also suggested that L-CNG filling station and LNG filling station should be built in regions where conditions permit.
