Abstract:The educational researchers' intervening into practice is a methodological breakthrough of the traditional creed of "insider" and "outsider".It changes the accustomed way of existence of educational researchers and practitioners and realizes the mutual nourishment and construction between educational theory and practice.Educational researchers should keep a necessary tension between alienation and approaching,keeping alien and getting involved when they intervene into educational practice.Keeping alien to the participants is to keep de-familiar and rational of the researched group so that the researchers can obtain enough thinking space to examine them;and approaching to the participants is to understand their personal feeling and inner experience.The intervening of educational researchers into practice is dual,so it changes not only the relations between theory and practice,but also the way of life and communication between two kinds of acting subjects.
