Abstract:The paper elaborated the role of frustration,persistence,and diligent practice for one's career development based on author's personal experience,and proposed elements which should be paid particular attention in one's growing process,either during daily life or working in a science laboratory.Meanwhile,creation of the healthy laboratory culture and innovational research environment is considered most important for education.
