Abstract:Electromagnetic and mechanical models of contactor were built with the help of FEM software FLUX 3D and multi-object dynamic simulation software Adams while Simulink was applied to combine the electromagnetic and mechanic systems based on virtual prototype technique.The simulation analysis of dynamic characteristics on contactor was realized.The comparison of simulation and experiment verifies the correctness of the models,which shows that the method can be used to compute the contactor's dynamic characteristics accurately and efficiently.
