Abstract:The article analyzed the scientific connotation of the agricultural modernization route with Chinese characteristics from the aspects of its resources constraints,ecological environment,main tasks,institutional improvement,rural operating system,productivity level,technological level,agricultural equipment,human capital,and the international environment.Analyzed the characteristics of China's national conditions and the current state of agricultural development with respects to food production,level of agricultural mechanization,the contribution of agricultural science and technology,agricultural labor productivity and land productivity,market competitiveness,the commercialization of agricultural products,and the increasing of peasant’s income.Then the article systematically summed up six principal contradictions in China's agricultural modernization process,such as the contradictions between agricultural infrastructure needs and the limited financial and social resources,extensive agricultural development and resources constraints,agricultural efficiency and food security,agricultural operating system and industrialization process,science and technology investment and the international competitiveness of agricultural products,as well as contradictions between the quality and demand of peasant human capital.The countermeasures presented include,enhance the agricultural supporting and protective system,advance the construction of rural market and rural socialized service system,promote the agricultural scientific and technological progress and independent innovation,strengthen the innovation of the forms of agricultural operation,and improve human capital in agricultural sector.

Abstract:According to the innovative definition and connotation of "Internet-plus modern agriculture," this study analyzes the development status of "Internet +" modern agriculture at home and abroad, as well as the development and application of agricultural sensor technology, agricultural robots, agricultural remote sensing, agricultural big data, and plant factories. The development of "Internet +" modern agriculture in China has problems such as the low level of technological innovation and immature industrial systems. A technology system of "Internet +" modern agriculture is constructed with regard to three aspects: the supporting technology level, application technology level, and software technology layer. Its application prospects and development trend are discussed.

Abstract:Fron the development of agricultural production and natural science, the conceptual framework of agricultural information system engineering was put forward after discussion of the formstion, concepts and components of agricultural information science and agricultural information technology. The reality and function of agricultural information technology in China was summarized in 5 aspects: agricultural resources, agricultural disaster, crop yield estimation, environmental monitoring and evaluation, and agricultural production management and technological consultation. Abstract:Abstract China is one of the world’s agricultural development powers, vegetables in agriculture is worthy of the majority of planting. With the improvement of people’s living standard, “eating Chinese cabbage” has become the focus of people’s general attention. This paper mainly studies the analysis of the pollution-free cultivation techniques of leaf vegetables under the information background. Aiming at the defects of the existing vegetable cultivation expert system in protected areas, such as single function and several vegetables, the vegetable network expert system for disaster mitigation and cultivation has no public cellar, and the design and implementation of the system are introduced. The development of the system is oriented towards the majority of agricultural technicians and farmers, and provides them with a service platform for the safe production of vegetables in protected areas, the identification and prevention of major diseases and insect pests, scientific management, and so on, has a strong practical value and development prospects of grassroots.

Abstract:In the middle of the 21st century, China will be in a period of comprehensive modernization and globalization. China will be faced with the aging population, manpower shortage, and resource shortage. The contradiction between human and resources will be quite sharp, and the environmental governance will become very tough. To ensure the security of food, resources, and ecological environment, the Chinese Academy of Engineering set up a major consulting project named “Research on Key Strategic Issues of Agricultural Resource and Environment in China” to analyze the situation and seek for countermeasures. In accordance with the central government’s new development concept of “innovation, coordination, green, openness, and sharing,” this project put forward three strategic directions of “full implementation of the agricultural innovation-driven strategy,” “in-depth promotion of the agricultural sustainable development strategy” and “implementation of the agricultural globalization strategy.” Eight strategic changes, sixteen strategic measures related to resource conservation, environmental protection, structural adjustment, and regional distribution, as well as ten major projects were put forward.

Abstract:Information technology (IT) was one of the most intensively studied and extensively applied technologies in the 20th century and its research and application will be even more accelerated in the 21st century. The impact of IT is more far-reaching than any one may have had imagined, encompassing all facets and sectors of society. Economically, e-commerce generated more than $1.5 trillion in the US in 2004 and is projected to be 30, 15 and 2.6% of the total manufacturing, whole sales and retail sales in the US in 2006 respectively. IT research in agriculture has so far been particularly applied to such fields as precision farming and bioinformatics and in extension and farming practices. As such, its potential application in agricultural e-commerce has only begun to be explored. The United States Department of Agriculture has identified four different functions that e-commerce firms perform in the agricultural sector. They are: (1) information distribution, (2) input supply, (3) commodity trading floor, and (4) logistics/supply chain management. Unlike other industrial products, agricultural products are much more diverse and difficult to process and handle. For instance, fruits and vegetables are perishable and have to reach the market and the hands of consumers within a short period of time. One of the problems for IT applications in agriculture is the lack of standard measures in characteristics and quality of perishable produce and processing foods. Standards are pre-requisites for effective IT application and e-commerce. According to the Global Commerce Initiative, standards bring scalability, portability and affordability to the business process. Standards speed up the supply chain and reduce errors and protect technology investments and ensure system to system interaction and interoperability. Because the complexity of issues involved in standardization, the process of standardization must involve the input and discussion from all segments of the society. Being the largest agricultural country in the world and one of the most active trading partners in the international market, China must also be involved in determining the standards for both domestic and international trades. These measures are the necessary foundations for e-commerce in agriculture. In this paper, we provide a review of the technological development of standardization and coding that are prerequisites for IT application in e-commerce. This understanding is important for professionals in China to promote e-commerce in agriculture. Finally, we propose that a national committee to be formed in China, which includes IT experts from private sectors, academic professionals and governmental officials. This committee should consider the progress being made elsewhere in the world, the unique properties of Chinese commodities and appropriate business models to determine a set of standard measures that are transportable and communicable digitally in the world market for China's e-commerce in agriculture.

Abstract:Agricultural technology innovation has played an important role in the development of modern agriculture.Its contribution rate to progress of agricultural science and technology(S&T) has reached 56％.S&T has become the main driving force for China's agricultural development.But agricultural S&T still lacks a major breakthrough in core areas,and its overall level is not high,the transformation and promotion ability of these innovation results is obviously weak,and can not quide and support the development of modern agriculture.This paper evaluated the research papers in the fields of agricultural technology innovation and diffusion in China;analyzed the existing problems in previous research activities;pointed out that the institutional basis and social cultural background of agricultural technology innovation and diffusion should be paid more attention.Scholars could analyze the current difficulties and way out in the diffusion of agricultural technology innovation from the rural governance structure in the future.

Abstract:Smart city originated from the field of media, which refers to the use of various information technologies or innovative concepts to connect and integrate urban systems and services. It improves the efficiency of resource utilization, optimizes urban management and services, and improves the quality of life of citizens. A smart city is a new generation of information integration technologies using the internet of things, cloud computing, big data, and spatial geographic information integration. It is a new theory and new model to promote urban planning, construction, management, and service intelligence. The IoT technology originated from the third technological revolution. It refers to the connection of objects to the network through the information sensor equipment according to the agreed protocol. It communicates and circulates information through the information dissemination medium during the connection process to realize intelligent identification, tracking, supervision, and other functions. The internet of things is the internet where everything is connected. It is an extension and expansion of the internet based on the network. It is a huge network formed by combining various information sensing devices with the internet. In fact, people, machines, and things are interconnected at any time and at any place. Agricultural internet of things refers to the internet of things that participates in automatic control through various instruments and equipment as parameters of automatic control. Its essence is to use RFID, wireless data communication, and other technologies to construct an “internet of things” covering everything in the world on the basis of the computer internet. It realizes the automatic identification of items and the interconnection and sharing of information through the computer internet. This study aims to study the application of the agricultural internet of things in the construction of regional smart cities. It expects to promote the development of modern agriculture by improving the level of agricultural management with the help of smart city and internet of things technology. Based on the B/S system model, this study uses the related technologies of the internet of things to build a smart agriculture platform. By comparing the data in the database and entering the smart agriculture platform to monitor the data, it can achieve efficient and convenient management. It proposes the framework structure and system characteristics of the facility agricultural internet of things technology system. It also investigates and analyzes related products according to the system framework structure, and summarizes the current status of product development and the functions that can be achieved. According to the survey, 56 people believed that there was no after-sale service in the whole survey process. It accounts for 32.5% of the total surveyed persons, indicating the lack of local modern agricultural management. Thirty-one people are willing to buy agricultural products online, accounting for 18% of the total surveyed, indicating that the development of local online shopping is relatively backward.
