Ultrasonographic Differential Diagnosis of Fetus Kidney Disease

Abstract:Objective:The sonographic features of the fetus kidney diseases were evaluated to improve the diagnostic accurary.Methods:Color Doppler ultrasound findings with pathologically proved and follow-up studies of twentytwo kidney diseases were analyzed.Results:Of the 22 cases,there were polycystic kidney disease(3 cases),hydronephrosis(15 cases),absence of the single kidney(1 case),absence of the two kidneies(1 case),Wilms tumor(2 cases).Conclusion:Ultrasound can demonstrate the changes of the fetus kidney diseases dynamically and provide the precious evidence for clinical remedies,as well as improves birth quality.
