Abstract:Objective To find out the change of MYO,TNI and CK-MB before and after RFCA therapy in atrial fibrillation patients.Methods Thirty two patients were divided into 3 groups as the different operation,compared MYO,TNI and CK-MB before and after therapy respectively,and compared MYO,TNI and CK-MB after therapy in these 3 groups.Results The change of MYO,TNI and CK-MB before and after therapy in group 1 and group 2 has statistically difference.In group 3,the change of CK-MB has not statistically difference,while MYO and TNI has the difference of MYO,TNI and CK-MB after therapy in these 3 groups has not statistically difference.Conclusion RFCA will do harm to cardiac muscle,while adding linear ablation or CFAE ablation will make no more serious.
