Abstract:Counteraction and use of weakness is carried out in the special things according to law.Counteraction is opposite to action and the use of weakness is weak pose on action.So,it shows from starting which is Toism methodology by law.It is also a main content about methodology of Toism thoughts referred by traditional Wushu.

Abstract:By using the method of questionnaire,statistics,comparison and analysis on coaches and athletes in Zhejiang and others provinces,the author thinks that the main problem is poor management mechanism on Wushu.It leads to coaches and athletes lacking of training enthusiasm,advantage of talented athletes cannot be exerted fully and cannot form self-characteristics.It suggests that establishing Wushu management center in Zhejiang province,reforming employment mechanism,adjusting structure of coaches,making good use of human resource,perfecting encouragement and carrying on object management.

Abstract:At the beginning,the development course of competition Wushu series is reviewed,which is divided into such periods as assuring the direction of difficulty and beauty,returning to tradition and offending-defending,going back to the direction of laying emphasis on difficulty and beauty anew.Then,it is pointed out: only in this way can competition Wushu series get a better development that is to pay more attention to such individual characteristics as the hypostatic skill characteristic i.e.offending-defending and the hypostatic cultural characteristic i.e.giving consideration to both form and spirit and to skillfully handle the relationship between these individual characteristics and those general characteristics of performing-difficulty-and-beauty sports.At last,conclusion is given as follow: competition Wushu series is the masterpiece of adding flowers to the brocade of traditional Wushu series;two points,which are plaiting-and-processing-the-brocade and carefully-chiseling-and-carving-the-flowers,should be attached importance to;it is the eternal theme of competition Wushu series' development to adjust contest rules in time in order to make the offending-defending characteristic,cultural characteristic,performing-difficulty-and-beauty characteristic moderately develop according to fair comparison.

Abstract:Assertions are helpful in program analysis, such as software testing and verification. The most challenging part of automatically recommending assertions is to design the assertion patterns and to insert assertions in proper locations. In this paper, we develop Weak-Assert1, a weakness-oriented assertion recommendation toolkit for program analysis of C code. A weakness-oriented assertion is an assertion which can help to find potential program weaknesses. Weak-Assert uses well-designed patterns to match the abstract syntax trees of source code automatically. It collects significant messages from trees and inserts assertions into proper locations of programs. These assertions can be checked by using program analysis techniques. The experiments are set up on Juliet test suite and several actual projects in Github. Experimental results show that Weak-Assert helps to find 125 program weaknesses in 26 actual projects. Abstract:The main problem in our research on Zhou Zuoren is that we can not focus on the complicacy of Zhou’s thought during the period of Japan occupation. We are so interesting in inquiring into fragmentary facts not in sorting out his thought that we have been used to take a moral height to anatomize cruelly him as a ethical corpse. The bottleneck we met is not Zhou’s individual style or his erudition but the deficiency of freedom in our own thought. In his book Beijing Kuzhuan Ji(《北京苦住庵记》) Professor Kiyama Hideo tell us that the freedom in reading Zhou Zuoren is placing Zhou back to the true historical stage to understand how the multiple power put Zhou into the ethic abyss and why Zhou can’t assume all of the responsibility by himself. " Resistance of failure" is originally the description which Kiyama Hideo made about Zhou’s state of mind before his collaboration to Japanese invader but we can take it as a finishing touch of our own description about Zhou’s imagine as a writer.

Abstract:Ontology is an important part in MOU Tsung-san's Confucianism.Its key point is that Moral Heart(conscience) as a substance of creation can not only create personal virtue,but also create Moral Being and give Cosmos values and significance.This theory is an outstanding contribution in following XIONG shi-li's New Vij āptimātratāsiddhi and developing related Kant' s theories.But there are some weaknesses in MOU's ontology in terms of the subject of creation in ontology,his interpretation of intellectual intuition,and especially the appellation of the being that Moral Heart creates.A deep understanding of the theoretical significance and methodological weakness in MOU's ontology can help reveal the real implications of his Confucianism.

Abstract:The debate between the theory-of anti-value acts (Handlungsunwert) and the theory of anti-value consequences (Erfolgsunivert) is of great significance. The main defects of the former are that it focuses on crime as a violation of norms, which runs counter to criminal law's aim of protecting legal interests; it highlights criminal law's function in regulating behavior, thus deviating from the essential principle of a legally prescribed punishment for a specified crime; and it gives wide acceptance to subjective elements of illegality, leading to a holistic determination of crime, thus confusing illegality with responsibility. It also blurs the distinction between attempted and unrealized offenses, and is not conducive to the application of the theory of the subordination of accomplices. Its focus on subjective legitimized elements not only fails to restrict the application of punishments, but actually expands their scope, and its adoption of rule utilitarianism leads to undue interference in citizens' conduct. The theory of anti-value consequences prevents undue interference and adopts the principle of liberalism, while at the same time taking as the target of its prohibitions those situations that contravene the aims of criminal law, This not only overcomes the shortcomings of the theory of anti-value conduct but also achieves general and special prevention while realizing retributive justice.
