Such extensions are the best possible in the same sense as that of the Iyengar inequality. Abstract:As an essential part of classical analysis, Ostrowski and Čebyšev type inequalities have recently attracted considerable attention. Due to its universality, the non-additive integral inequality takes several forms, including Sugeno integrals, Choquet integrals, and pseudo-integrals. Set-valued analysis, a well-known generalization of classical analysis, is frequently employed in studying mathematical economics, control theory, etc. Inspired by pioneering work on interval-valued inequalities, this paper establishes specific Ostrowski and Čebyšev type inequalities for interval-valued functions. Moreover, the error estimation to quadrature rules is presented as some applications for illustrating our results. In addition, illustrative examples are offered to demonstrate the applicability of the mathematical methods presented.

Abstract:Using the result of the error estimate of the simple extended Newton method established in the present paper for solving abstract inequality systems, we study the error bound property of approximate solutions of abstract inequality systems on Banach spaces with the involved function F being Fréchet differentiable and its derivative F^' satisfying the center-Lipschitz condition (not necessarily the Lipschitz condition) around a point x 0 . Under some mild conditions, we establish results on the existence of the solutions, and the error bound properties for approximate solutions of abstract inequality systems. Applications of these results to finite/infinite systems of inequalities/equalities on Banach spaces are presented and the error bound properties of approximate solutions of finite/infinite systems of inequalities/equalities are also established. Our results extend the corresponding results in [ 3 , 18 , 19 ].

Abstract:By using stochastic analysis, two probability versions of Li-Yau type inequalities are established for diffusion semigroups on a manifold possibly with (non-convex) boundary. The inequalities are explicitly given by the Bakry-Emery curvature-dimension, as well as the lower bound of the second fundamental form if the boundary exists. As applications, a number of global and local estimates are presented, which extend or improve existing ones derived for manifolds without boundary. Compared with the maximum principle technique developed in the literature, the probabilistic argument we used is more straightforward and hence considerably simpler.

Abstract:Using the error bound results established in the present paper for approximate solutions, we study the stability issues when perturbed by possibly nonaffine smooth maps E for the abstract inequality system F >=(K) 0 defined by a (possible nonclosed) convex cone K and a Frechet differentiable function F satisfying the (extended) weak gamma-condition. We provide some sufficient conditions, in terms of the information at a solution x(0), for ensuring the lower semicontinuity and/or the Lipschitz-like continuity at x(0) of the solution mapping for the perturbed system F + E >=(K) 0 with smooth perturbation E. Explicit upper bounds of the Lipschitz-like moduli are also provided.

Abstract:In this paper, some new nonlinear generalized Gronwall-Bellman-Type integral inequalities with mixed time delays are established. These inequalities can be used as handy tools to research stability problems of delayed differential and integral dynamic systems. As applications, based on these new established inequalities, some p-stable results of a integro-differential equation are also given. Two numerical examples are presented to illustrate the validity of the main results. Abstract:In this paper, we establish some Stein–Weiss type inequalities with general kernels on the upper half space and study the extremal functions of the optimal constant. Furthermore, we also investigate the regularity, asymptotic estimates, symmetry and non-existence results of positive solutions of corresponding Euler–Lagrange system. As an application, we derive some Liouville type results for the Hartree type equations on the half space.

Abstract:Let B be the unit disk U in C or the unit ball of a general complex Banach space. In this paper, we obtain a refinement of the Fekete–Szegö inequality for the class of Sk+10(B) of mappings f for which there exist g -Loewner chains f(z,t) , where g(ξ)=1+ξ1−ξ,ξ∈U , such that f(z)=f(z,0) and z = 0 is a zero of order k + 1 of e−tf(z,t)−z for each t≥0 . The results presented generalize the classical Fekete–Szegö inequality and the results in Hamada et al. (Fekete–Szegö problem for univalent mappings in one and higher dimensions.
