Abstract:With the reform of the employment distribution system,the situation of employment for pedagogical students has become increasingly severe.Moreover,psychological problems of graduates are becoming more and more glaring.According to recent investigations,main psychological characteristics are as follows: pessimism on self-evaluation,complicated cognition of society,the changing ideology of employment,narrow choice of employment,diversity of value orientation,seeking for individuality.The psychology of pedagogical students is influenced by not only students themselves but also society and universities.Consequently,the solution to these problems depends on both students and universities.As far as students are concerned,firstly,they should keep and strengthen their psychological health by improving their all-over quality.Secondly,they should adjust their mentality of career rationally.To universities,guidance for employment should be offered and the pattern of cultivating talents should be innovated.
