Abstract:Let A be a connected graded algebra and let E denote its Ext-algebra. There is a natural A-infinity algebra structure on E, and we prove that this structure is mainly determined by the relations of A. In particular, the coefficients of the A-infinity products m_n restricted to the tensor powers of Ext^1 give the coefficients of the relations of A. We also relate the m_n's to Massey products.

Abstract:We show that the bigraded quasi-isomorphism type of the bigraded, bidifferential algebra of forms on a compact Kähler manifold generally contains more information than the de Rham cohomology algebra with its real Hodge structure. More precisely, on any closed Riemann surface of genus at least two, there is a nontrivial ABC-Massey product. Furthermore, starting from dimension three, there are simply connected projective manifolds with a nonzero ABC-Massey product of three divisor classes. In particular, compact Kähler manifolds are generally not formal in the sense of pluripotential homotopy theory.

Abstract:We show that global vanishing of Massey products on a commutative differential graded algebra is not invariant under field extension. Non-vanishing triple Massey products remain non-vanishing upon field extension, while higher Massey products can generally vanish. If the field being extended is algebraically closed, all non-vanishing Massey products remain non-vanishing on a finite type commutative differential graded algebra.

Abstract:Let $p$ be a prime. We characterize the oriented right-angled Artin pro-$p$ groups whose $\mathbb{F}_p$-cohomology algebra yields no essential $n$-fold Massey products for every $n>2$, in terms of the associated digraph. Moreover, we show that the $\mathbb{F}_p$-cohomology algebra of such oriented right-angled Artin pro-$p$ groups is isomorphic to the exterior Stanley-Reisner $\mathbb{F}_p$-algebra associated to the same digraph. This work also aims at providing a concrete and group-theoretic introduction to the study of Massey products in Galois cohomology for non-specialists, especially graduate students working in profinite group theory.

Abstract:In this paper, assume that $ H $ is a Hopf algebra and $ A/B $ is an $ H $-Galois extension. Firstly, by introducing the concept of an $ H $-stable tilting complex $ T_{\bullet} $ over $ B $, we show that $ T_{\bullet}\otimes_BA $ is a tilting complex over $ A $ and a derived equivalence between two $ H $-module algebras can be extended to smash product algebras under some conditions. Then we observe that $ 0\rightarrow {\rm End}_{\mathcal{D}^b(B)}(T_{\bullet})\rightarrow {\rm End}_{\mathcal{D}^b(A)}(T_{\bullet}\otimes_BA) $ is an $ H $-Galois Frobenius extension if $ A/B $ is an $ H $-Galois Frobenius extension. Finally, for any perfect recollement of derived categories of $ H $-module algebras, we apply the above results to construct a perfect recollement of derived categories of their smash product algebras and generalize it to $ n $-recollements.

Abstract:For each valued quiver Q of Dynkin type, we construct a valued ice quiver Delta(2)(Q). Let G be a simply connected Lie group with Dynkin diagram the underlying valued graph of Q. The upper cluster algebra of Delta(2)(Q) is graded by the triple dominant weights (mu, v, lambda)) of G. We prove that when G is simply-laced, the dimension of each graded component counts the tensor multiplicity c(mu,v)(lambda). We conjecture that this is also true if G is not simply-laced, and sketch a possible approach. Using this construction, we improve Berenstein-Zelevinsky's model, or in some sense generalize Knutson-Tao's hive model in type A.

Abstract:The Demazure product, also called the 0-Hecke product, is an associative operation on Coxeter groups with interesting properties and applications. In (Li et al 2024) it was shown that the Demazure product of two permutations can be described purely combinatorially: using only their one-line notation and not relying on reduced words. In this paper, we extend this to type D Coxeter groups.

Abstract:Let [Formula: see text] be a Hopf algebroid and [Formula: see text] a left [Formula: see text]-module algebra. In this paper, we mainly present the duality theorem for the smash product [Formula: see text], and making use of integral theory for Hopf algebroids, we investigate the stability of Gorenstein injective pre-envelopes and Gorenstein projective precovers between the category of [Formula: see text]-modules and the category of [Formula: see text]-modules. Moreover, we establish the relationship between Gorenstein global dimension of [Formula: see text] and that of [Formula: see text], and prove that [Formula: see text] has finite representation type, resp. is selfinjective, resp. is CM-finite [Formula: see text]-Gorenstein, if and only if [Formula: see text] has the same property under suitable conditions. As an application, we investigate the representation dimension of the lower triangular matrix Artin algebra [Formula: see text].

Abstract:For a field k and two finite groups G and X, when G acts on X from the right by group automorphisms, there is a Hopf algebra structure on k-space (kX op )* ⋇ kG (see Theorem 2.1), called a non-balanced quantum double and denoted by D X (G). In this paper, some Hopf algebra properties of D X (G) are given, the representation types of D X (G) viewed as a k-algebra are discussed, the algebra structure and module category over D X (G) are studied. Since the Hopf algebra structure of non-balanced quantum double D X (G) generalizes the usual quantum double D(G) for a finite group G, all results about D X (G) in this paper can also be used to describe D(G) as a special case and the universal R-matrix of D X (G) provides more solutions of Yang-Baxter equation.
Strong minimal model theorem and Massey products

Abstract:Kadeishvili's minimal model theorem establishes the existence of an $A_\infty$-structure, unique up to isomorphism, on the cohomology of a dg associative algebra, which captures its homotopy type. In this note we prove the existence of minimal models that are unique up to isotopy, a stronger result obviously known to T. Kadeishvili and certainly to others, yet seemingly overlooked by mankind. We will explore how this stronger result can help in the study of Massey products. First, we show that the attempts to extract a local information from the ternary operation $\mu_3$ of our minimal model leads directly to the rediscovery of the triple Massey product. The motto is: "The triple Massey product is an invariant manifestation of $\mu_3$." We then prove that, under reasonable assumptions, the higher Massey product $\langle x_1,\ldots,x_n\rangle$ equals the set of all values $\mu_n(x_1,\ldots,x_n)$, where $\mu_n$ runs over the $n$-ary products of our minimal models. We believe that this note will help to elucidate the still somewhat enigmatic relationship between minimal models and Massey products.

Abstract:Let (M, Q) be a dg manifold. The space of vector fields with shifted degrees (X(M)[-1], L-Q) is a Lie algebra object in the homology category H((C-M(infinity), Q)-mod) of dg modules over (M, Q), the Atiyah class alpha(M) being its Lie bracket. The triple (X(M)[-1], L-Q; alpha(M)) is also a Lie algebra object in the Gabriel-Zisman homotopy category Pi((C-M(infinity), Q)-mod). In this paper, we describe the universal enveloping algebra of (X(M)[-1], L-Q; alpha(M)) and prove that it is a Hopf algebra object in Pi((C-M(infinity), Q)-mod). As an application, we study Fedosov dg Lie algebroids and recover a result of Stienon, Xu, and the second author on the Hopf algebra arising from a Lie pair. (C) 2021 Elsevier Inc. Abstract:This paper introduces the concepts of cylinder coalgebras and cylinder coproducts for quasitriangular bialgebras,and points out that there exists an anti-coaigebra isomorphism (H,■)■(H,■),where (H,■) is the cylinder coproduct,and (H,■) is the braided coproduct given by Kass.For any finite dimensional Hopf algebra H,the Drinfel'd double (D(H),■D(H)) is proved to be the cylinder coproduct.Let (H,H,R) be copaired Hopf algebras.If R∈Z(H■ H) with inverse R~(-1) and skew inverse ■,then the twisted coalgebra (H■)~(R~(-1)) is constructed via twice twists,whose comultiplication is exactly the cylinder coproduct.Moreover,for any generalized Long dimodule,some solutions for Yang-Baxter equations,four braid pairs and Long equations are constructed via cylinder twists.
A Maschke Type Theorem for Doi–Hopf Modules and Applications

Abstract:We prove a Maschke type theorem for Doi–Hopf modules. A sufficient condition in order to have a Maschke type property is that there exists a normalized integral map for the Doi–Hopf datum in question. The results are applied to graded modules and to Yetter–Drinfel'd modules. As another application, a characterization of cosemisimple coalgebras over a field is given.

Abstract:We define an obstruction to the formality of a differential graded algebra over a graded operad defined over a commutative ground ring. This obstruction lives in the derived operadic cohomology of the algebra. Moreover, it determines all operadic Massey products induced on the homology algebra, hence the name of derived universal Massey product.

Abstract:Building on Retakh's approach to Ext groups through categories of extensions, Schwede reobtained the well-known Gerstenhaber algebra structure on Ext groups over bimodules of associative algebras both from splicing extensions (leading to the cup product) and from a suitable loop in the categories of extensions (leading to the Lie bracket). We show how Schwede's construction admits a vast generalisation to general monoidal categories with coefficients of the Ext groups taken in (weak) left and right monoidal (or Drinfel'd) centres. In case of the category of left modules over bialgebroids and coefficients given by commuting pairs of braided (co)commutative (co)monoids in these categorical centres, we provide an explicit description of the algebraic structure obtained this way, and a complete proof that this leads to a Gerstenhaber algebra is then obtained from an operadic approach. This, in particular, considerably generalises the classical construction given by Gerstenhaber himself. Conjecturally, the algebraic structure we describe should produce a Gerstenhaber algebra for an arbitrary monoidal category enriched over abelian groups, but even the bilinearity of the cup product and of the Lie-type bracket defined by the abstract construction in terms of extension categories remain elusive in this general setting.

Abstract:For a semisimple quasi-triangular Hopf algebra [Formula: see text] over a field [Formula: see text] of characteristic zero, and a strongly separable quantum commutative [Formula: see text]-module algebra [Formula: see text], we show that [Formula: see text] is a weak Hopf algebra, and it can be embedded into a weak Hopf algebra [Formula: see text]. With these structures, [Formula: see text] is the monoidal category introduced by Cohen and Westreich, and [Formula: see text] is tensor equivalent to [Formula: see text]. If [Formula: see text] is in the Müger center of [Formula: see text], then the embedding is a quasi-triangular weak Hopf algebra morphism. This explains the presence of a subgroup inclusion in the characterization of irreducible Yetter–Drinfeld modules for a finite group algebra.

Abstract:Given a field k and a subgroup H of a finite group G , we define a duality for quotients of homomorphisms of kG -modules modulo kG -homomorphisms that factors through a relatively H -projective kG -module. This generalizes the classical Auslander–Reiten duality for group algebras. As an application, we use the generalized Auslander–Reiten duality to give a new way for constructing almost split sequences.

Abstract:Let $A={\mathbb F}_q[t]$ be the polynomial ring over a finite field ${\mathbb F}_q$ and let $\phi $ and $\psi$ be $A-$Drinfeld modules. In this paper we consider the group ${\mathrm{Ext}}^1(\phi ,\psi )$ with the Baer addition. We show that if $\mathrm{rank}\phi >\mathrm{rank}\psi$ then $\mathrm{Ext^1}(\phi,\psi)$ has the structure of a \tm module. We give complete algorithm describing this structure. We generalize this to the cases: $\mathrm{Ext^1}(\Phi,\psi)$ where $\Phi$ is a \tm module and $\psi$ is a Drinfeld module and $\mathrm{Ext^1}(\Phi, C^{\otimes e})$ where $\Phi$ is a \tm module and $C^{\otimes e}$ is the $e$-th tensor product of Carlitz module. We also establish duality between $\Ext$ groups for \tm modules and the corresponding adjoint ${\mathbf t}^{\sigma}$-modules. Finally, we prove the existence of $"\Hom-\Ext"$ six-term exact sequences for \tm modules and dual \tm motives. As the category of \tm modules is only additive (not abelian) this result is nontrivial.

Abstract:Let H be a differential graded Hopf algebra over a field k. This paper gives an explicit construction of a triple cochain complex that defines the Hochschild-Cartier cohomology of H. A certain truncation of this complex is the appropriate setting for deforming H as an H(q)-structure. The direct limit of all such truncations is the appropriate setting for deforming H as a strongly homotopy associative structure. Sign complications are systematically controlled. The connection between rational perturbation theory and the deformation theory of certain free commutative differential graded algebras is clarified.
