Abstract:As one form of the scientific community, learned society play an important role in the production, dissemination and application of science and technology. Therefore, we should formulate a policy to improve the learned society＇s self-development ability and the ability of high-level innovative talent training, establish the long-term mechanism of promote knowledge diffusion and application by learned society and accept the government functions, improve the function of academic evaluation and shaping the innovation culture, full play learned society＇ s role in national innovation system.
