Abstract:Measuring the performance of teams is the key factor to the team success. In this paper,we discussed the nature of team,the factors impact on the team performance,and evaluated different models of team performance from existing performance measurement literature. Converged on a common set of 4 framework components,our analysis incorporated them into a comprehensive concept model. The concept model developed should be of interest to managers,team leaders and indeed anyone who is interested in monitoring and managing team performance.
