Abstract:Migrant workers whose contribution is biggest but income is minimum,are large-scale vulnerable groups at the bottom of the society.Their information literacy is low and cultural right is not ensured,but they are thirsty for knowledge and eager to use the library.Under the policy circumstance that the government brings up constructing public cultural service system to achieve equal public culture service,the library should provide knowledge aids to migrant workers through system innovation including carrying out overall free service,building temporary or semi-temporary book room,supporting social forces to build up migrant workers' library.There are some positive and effective measures for library to serve migrant workers:strengthening management of their bookroom,delivering books using mobile vehicles,setting up recommendation bookshelves open to all migrant farmer-workers and developing training and cultural activities for them regularly.
