Abstract:To improve students' practice ability and professional ability etc. in safety engineering discipline, thus further improve talents training quality in universities, "employment, practice and design" integration mode is proposed, on the basis of this, taking the graduates of safety engineering discipline as object and the contract unit of Hunchun Coal Mining Group Co. as practice base, the integration mode is put into practice. The practice shows that good application effect is obtained, it realizes a win-win result for the enterprise, the school and the students gains great improvement in the student talents training quality. This research has important reference meaning and popularization value to practical teaching of engineering discipline in universities.
