Value Law and Government Roles of Industrial Chains Formation in Recycling Economy

Abstract:The value increment law,the value gradient axiom of the direction choice and the profit maximum theorem of the volume choice of material flow in the economy system are investigated at first in this paper,which can be used as the theoretical principle for the program of forward and reverse logistics in the recycling economy system.Next the process of value increment of material flow in the recycling economy system is analyzed and the value increment multiplier of circular logistics is defined which is found as the core value of recycling economy is defined.And then under the framework of the extended producer responsibility,the theorem of profit maximization of material circular distribution in the enterprise's recycling economy system and the theorem of material equivalent exchange of social recycling economy system are found.Finally,the role of the government administration and construction of policy and low are discussed,which aims to promote market-building and maintain effective operation for the reverse logistics in a recycling economy system.The results obtained in the paper have some instructive implication on promoting the construction of logistics system and industrial value chain in recycling economy.
