Abstract:Students need using more kinds of knowledge and experiment methods to finish the comprehensive experiment. The significance of comprehensive experiment is presented briefly. The teaching work of comprehensive experiment in other domestic university is analyzed. The design of comprehensive experiment in communication specialty is elaborated. According to the idea of CDIO engineering education,the teaching operation and management of comprehensive experiment in communication specialty includes conceive level,design level,implement level and operate level. The assessment-evaluation system is more comprehensive and processed. It is proved that comprehensive experiment make students use as many as knowledge and skills to accomplish the system or product construction of alllife cycle which consists of conception,design,implementation and operation. The comprehensive experiment is helpful for improving students' autonomous learning ability,teamwork spirits and communication ability.
