Abstract:γ-TMT Gene in Brassica napus was obtained by PCR technique and cloned into pMD18-Tvector.The recombinant clone was detected by PCR technique and analyzed by the restriction enzyme.A full length of cDNA gene was sequenced.The results showed that the length of the clone sequence was 1 044 bp.γ-TMT gene in Brassica napus was cloned into 35S promoter downstream of plant over-expression vector pCambia1300 in orientation.
