Abstract:The functional central limit theorems are proved for super-Brownian motion with immigration and their occupation time processes. For the lower dimensions, the limiting processes are Gaussian processes; For the critical dimension, the limiting processes consist of two ingredient processes of different types. Interestingly, for the higher dimensions, the limiting process for the occupation time process is of a new type.

Abstract:In this paper we shall establish some results on weak convergence for vector-valued continuous random processes, among which are vector-valued sub-Gaussian processes, vector-valued random processes satisfying Lipschitz conditions, and random Fourier series with vector-valued coefficients. The results obtained can be considered as corresponding extensions of those in the real setting. Our basic ideas stem from Fernique's recent works.

The weak convergence of the processes on a Sobolev space is established, which improves the result of Gorostiza and Li (High density fluctuations of immigration branching particle systems. Abstract:We prove a general fluctuation limit theorem for Galton-Watson branching processes with immigration. The limit is a time-inhomogeneous OU type process driven by a spectrally positive Levy process. As applications of this result, we obtain some asymptotic estimates for the conditional least-squares estimator of the offspring means and variances of the offspring and immigration distributions.

Abstract:In this paper, we establish a central limit theorem for a large class of general supercritical superprocesses with immigration with spatially dependent branching mechanisms satisfying a second moment condition. This central limit theorem extends and generalizes the results obtained by Ren, Song and Zhang[2015]. We first give law of large numbers for supercritical superprocesses with immigration since there is few convergence result on immigration superprocesses, then based on these results, we establish the central limit theorem.

Abstract:A purely atomic immigration superprocess with dependent spatial motion in the space of tempered measures is constructed as the unique strong solution of a stochastic integral equation driven by Poisson processes based on the excursion law of a Feller branching diffusion, which generalizes the work of Dawson and Li (2003). As an application of the stochastic equation, it is proved that the superprocess possesses a local time which is Holder continuous of order $\alpha$ for every $\alpha< 1/2$. We establish two scaling limit theorems for the immigration superprocess, from which we derive scaling limits for the corresponding local time.

Abstract:In this paper we consider a triangular array of branching processes with non-stationary immigration. We prove a weak convergence of properly normalized branching processes with immigration to deterministic function under assumption that immigration is rowwise $\psi-$mixing and the offspring mean tends to its critical value 1, immigration mean and variance controlled by regularly varying functions. Moreover, we obtain a fluctuation limit theorem for branching process with immigration when immigration is $m-$dependent where $m$ may tend to infinity with the row index at a certain rate. In this case the limiting process is a time-changed Wiener process. Our results extend and improve the previous known results in the literature.

The weak convergence of the processes on the space of Schwarz distributions is established. Abstract:A non-critical branching immigration superprocess with dependent spatial motion is constructed and characterized as the solution of a stochastic equation driven by a time-space white noise and an orthogonal martingale measure. A representation of its conditional log-Laplace functionals is established, which gives the uniqueness of the solution and hence its Markov property. Some properties of the superprocess including an ergodic theorem are also obtained.

The random process $Y(t):=\sum_{k \geq 0}X_{k+1}(t-\xi_1-\ldots-\xi_k)1_{\{\xi_1+\ldots+\xi_k\leq t\}}$, $t\in\mathbb{R}$, is called random process with immigration at the epochs of a renewal process. Assuming that the distribution of $\xi_1$ is nonlattice and has finite mean while the process $X_1$ decays sufficiently fast, we prove weak convergence of $(Y(u+t))_{u\in\mathbb{R}}$ as $t\to\infty$ on $D(\mathbb{R})$ endowed with the $J_1$-topology. The present paper continues the line of research initiated in Iksanov, Marynych and Meiners (2015+).

Abstract:In this paper, a critical Galton-Watson branching process with immigration $Z_{n}$ is studied. We first obtain the convergence rate of the harmonic moment of $Z_{n}$. Then the large deviation of $S_{Z_n}:=\sum_{i=1}^{Z_n} X_i$ is obtained, where $\{X_i\}$ is a sequence of independent and identically distributed zero-mean random variables with tail index $\alpha>2$. We shall see that the converging rate is determined by the immigration mean, the variance of reproducing and the tail index of $X_1^+$, comparing to previous result for supercritical case, where the rate depends on the Schröder constant and the tail index.
