Abstract:With the advent of the digital era, the digital culture industry has become a crucial engine for economic growth and cultural innovation. This paper focuses on Shiyan City in Hubei Province, conducting an in-depth analysis of the current state of its digital culture industry. It identifies several challenges faced by Shiyan's digital culture industry, including small industry scale, insufficient diversification, a shortage of digital culture talent, and inadequate policy support. To address these issues and promote high-quality development of the digital culture industry in Shiyan City, the paper proposes the following countermeasures: strengthening policy guidance for the digital culture industry, establishing and improving mechanisms for talent cultivation and recruitment, actively fostering new business forms in the digital culture industry, and vigorously supporting leading enterprises in the digital culture sector.

Abstract:With the development of a new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation, new information technologies such as 5G technology, big data and artificial intelligence have become an important driving force to promote the development of digital economy. In the context of the era of artificial intelligence, Shanxi Province, as a relatively latecomer in the economic development of domestic provinces, should seize the opportunity to keep up with the trend of The Times. Through the analysis of some data of Shanxi's digital economy in recent years and the comparison with other provinces, it is found that Shanxi has some problems in digital infrastructure, industrial digitization, digital industrialization and digital government construction. Abstract:with the development of digital economy, the protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage has become an important issue to be solved. As an important part of Chinese traditional culture, non-heritage of folk-custom carries rich historical and cultural connotation and national spirit. However, with the changes of the times and the widening gap between urban and rural development, many non-heritage projects of folk-custom are facing the crisis of loss. As a folk celebration with profound historical and cultural background, Chaoshan meeting in p county of Linfen City, Shanxi province carries rich local cultural connotation. This paper aims to analyze the present situation of Chaoshan society in Linfen city, Shanxi Province, and discuss the development dilemma of micro-, middle-and macro-levels, and put forward a targeted development path to promote the revitalization of rural industries and inheritance of non-heritage protection work in-depth development.

Abstract:The Qinba Mountain area, located in the southern part of Shaanxi Province, serves as a crucial ecological barrier and cultural melting pot. It is home to valuable agroforestry resources and cultural heritage. Simultaneously, the area is economically underdeveloped, with issues such as low agricultural product prices, hindrances to the sale of agricultural and sideline products, sluggish tourism and cultural creative industry growth, and barriers to the preservation of intangible cultural heritage. In this context, the aim is to integrate the agricultural, intangible cultural heritage, and tourism resources in the southern region of Shaanxi Province. Through a series of design techniques, these resources can be transformed into new economic growth points to promote the sale of local agricultural products, stimulate the development of tourism, cultural and creative industries, and promote the inheritance of intangible cultural heritage. We systematically explored and studied the cultural resources of the Qinba Mountain area in southern Shaanxi Province through field visits and research. Based on this, we designed an IP image that reflects the local cultural characteristics. We then derived a product cluster centred on tourism cultural and creative products, packaging of agricultural products, and packaging of intangible cultural heritage. By integrating tourism resources, agricultural products, and intangible cultural heritage, we have promoted local economic development and the preservation of cultural heritage. This provides reference methods and ideas for exploring the sales of agricultural products, preserving intangible cultural heritage, and developing tourism resources in remote mountainous areas of China.

Abstract:Shandong Province has a rich cultural heritage and abundant tourism resources. However, the overall comprehensive quality of personnel engaged in the cultural tourism industry in the province is not high, the structure is unreasonable, and there are problems such as talent loss, which can be said to be a shortage of professional talents in cultural tourism. The core of the development of culture and tourism industry is human resources. Based on Shandong Province, this article studies and analyzes the current situation of the cultural and tourism industry talent team in the province, and proposes reasonable countermeasures and suggestions to provide reference for further development of the cultural tourism industry.

Abstract:Abstract Cultural and creative industries are increasingly recognized as vital sectors in today’s global economy, and the advent of digital media has ushered in new avenues for enhanced development. This study explores the relationship between digital media technology and the progression of cultural and creative industries, with a specific focus on Shanxi. Utilizing the scale reward invariant BCC model within the DEA framework, this research assesses the developmental efficiency of Shanxi’s cultural and creative sectors. It identifies various decision-making units as benchmarks for the industry’s development, evaluating their comprehensive efficiency, pure technical efficiency, and scale efficiency, and proposes strategies for optimizing input and output metrics. Furthermore, the integration of the Tobit regression model with digital media technology allows for an analysis of the latter’s impact on the developmental efficiency of these industries in Shanxi. The findings reveal that the comprehensive efficiency of cultural and creative industry development in Shanxi is currently at 0.572. To achieve an effectively comprehensive level, there is a need to increase digital media technology input by 31.73% and reduce economic input and employment by 13.97% and 18.18%, respectively. The study demonstrates that a 1% increase in digital media technology usage correlates with a 0.315 percentage point rise in the development efficiency of Shanxi’s cultural and creative industries. Consequently, Shanxi Province is urged to fully leverage its cultural resources, actively recalibrate the industry scale through enhanced use of digital media technology, and strive for a comprehensive efficiency that meets effective benchmarks.

Abstract:Purpose: Cultural industry is such a profound emerging industry that developing cultural industry is the strategic task of building a modern and strong cultural province. As a strong economic and cultural province in China, Anhui province is rich in cultural resources and has a high level of economic development, which provides unique conditions for the development of cultural industries. However, the development of cultural industry in Anhui province lags behind other parts of the nation. Theoretical framework: This study, which takes the cultural industry competitiveness of Anhui province as the research object, examines the current situation of cultural industry competitiveness in Anhui province based on the diamond model and presents a holistic approach to cultural industry competitiveness and then investigates the influencing factors that determine and contribute to the growth of cultural industry competitiveness in Anhui province. Design/methodology/approach: this study selected 9 indicators as influencing factors to analyze the cultural industry competitiveness in Anhui province, namely, total collections in public libraries (X1), collections of public libraries owned per person (X2), number of performance by art performance troupes (X3), number of students enrollment of regular institutions of higher education (X4), consumer price indices (preceding year=100), education, culture and recreation (X5), foreign exchange earnings from international tourism (X6), total investment of foreign funded enterprises (X7), local governments expenditure, science and technology (X8), number of patent applications for inventions of industrial enterprises above designated size (X9). Findings: The results showed the overall competitiveness factor and industry operation factor are determined as the driving factors. This study also puts forward suggestions to improve the cultural industry competitiveness of Anhui province. Research, Practical & Social implications: The study analyzes the current developing situation of cultural industry in Anhui province based on Porter’s diamond model. Secondly, an empirical analysis was performed to determine the influencing factors of cultural industry competitiveness in Anhui province. Thirdly, on the basis of the above analysis, this paper puts forward suggestions for the development of cultural industry competitiveness in Anhui province. Originality/value: The value of the study formulated differentiated policies to support and develop cultural industries and guide the investment directions of cultural industries in different regions of the province and promote the coordinated development of overall cultural industry competitiveness.
