The Features and Design Elements of Direct Drive Volume Control Hydraulic System

Abstract:A specific comparison between direct drive hydraulic system and traditional hydraulic system was made taking the diagram of hydraulic system as an example provided by the Kawasaki Precision Machinery Company(Japan). It is obviously that the system architecture of the direct-drive hydraulic system is greatly simplified and the system can reduce energy consumption. Some necessary explanations of the various components of the direct drive system was made, wishing have a further understanding of direct drive hydraulic system.
